VIZSLA COPPER DRILLS 48.5 METERS OF 3.32% COPPER WITHIN 266.0 METERS OF 0.97% COPPER AT THE DEERHORN DEPOSIT, WOODJAM PROJECT, CENTRAL BRITISH COLUMBIA

Vizsla Copper Corp. has announced initial drill results from its summer 2026 program at the Woodjam Project in British Columbia, highlighting significant mineralization at the Deerhorn deposit. The company reported the longest high-grade copper intersection drilled to date at the Woodjam project, intersecting 266.0 meters of 0.97% Cu, including a high-grade core of 48.5 meters of 3.32% Cu. These results define a broad zone of near-surface copper-gold mineralization and an emerging high-grade copper zone that remains open in multiple directions.
The primary highlight, drill hole DH26-136, intersected two distinct intervals. The lower interval, characterized by high-grade copper, returned 266.0 meters of 0.97% Cu, 0.06 g/t Au, and 4.29 g/t Ag from 306.0 meters down hole. This interval includes 107.7 meters of 2.01% Cu, 0.13 g/t Au, and 8.61 g/t Ag from 320.5 meters down hole, which further includes 48.5 meters of 3.32% Cu, 0.23 g/t Au, and 16.59 g/t Ag from 320.5 meters down hole. The highest-grade segment within this core consists of 21.5 meters of 5.63% Cu, 0.40 g/t Au, and 22.56 g/t Ag from 320.5 meters down hole.
The upper interval at DH26-136 defined near-surface copper-gold mineralization, returning 129.9 meters of 0.30% Cu, 0.21 g/t Au, and 0.94 g/t Ag from 70.1 meters down hole. This upper section includes 50.0 meters of 0.46% Cu, 0.40 g/t Au, and 1.43 g/t Ag from 150.0 meters down hole.
Geologically, the mineralization consists of quartz-chalcopyrite stockwork cutting potassically altered monzonite in the upper interval, and quartz-chalcopyrite veins and stockwork grading into semi-massive chalcopyrite and breccias in the lower interval. The high-grade zone is faulted and locally sheared near a lower contact with fine-grained volcanics. Notably, DH26-136 intersected copper mineralization approximately 100 meters below the modelled area of the Deerhorn historical mineral resource estimate.
Samples were analyzed at ALS Global in North Vancouver, BC. Copper and silver were analyzed via ICP-MS on 0.25-gram aliquots using four-acid digestion (method ME-MS61), with overlimit samples (>10,000 ppm Cu) re-analyzed via ICP-AES (method ME-OG62). Gold was analyzed using fire assay on 30-gram aliquots with an AES finish (method Au-ICP21). Quality assurance and control protocols included field and laboratory duplicates, certified reference materials, and blanks.
The 6,055-meter, 11-hole program included holes at Deerhorn (DH26-134, DH26-136, DH26-137), Three Firs, and Great Plains. Results for DH26-134 and DH26-137 are pending. Additionally, assay results from the Palmer project are pending due to extended laboratory turnaround times. Follow-up plans include core relogging of historical drill core from the eastern Deerhorn area to develop a new geological and structural model, which will inform future drilling.
Vizsla Copper is not treating the Deerhorn deposit’s historical inferred mineral estimate of 32.8 million tonnes of 0.22% copper and 0.49 g/t gold as a current mineral resource or reserve, as a Qualified Person has not done sufficient work to classify it as such.

These suggest that the high-grade component of the system may be more extensive than previously recognized..."
