VIZSLA COPPER INTERSECTS 307.5 G/T SILVER EQUIVALENT OVER 21.2 METERS AT PALMER, SOUTHEAST ALASKA

Vizsla’s AG infill drilling confirms resource-grade continuity at the project, with no new scale before the Q1 2027 mineral resource estimate.

Executive Summary

Vizsla Copper Corp. (VCU) has released results from a three-hole 2026 infill drilling program at the AG Deposit, one of two deposits within the Palmer copper-zinc VMS Project in Southeast Alaska. The release covers two new holes, CMR26-211 and CMR26-215, alongside data from CMR26-213, which was previously reported on Oct. 1, 2026.

Key intercepts reported as downhole lengths include:

  • CMR26-215: 21.2 m @ 307.5 g/t AgEq (9.67% ZnEq) from 180.3 m; including 7.2 m @ 438.0 g/t AgEq (13.78% ZnEq) from 182.3 m; including 1.2 m @ 821.2 g/t AgEq (25.84% ZnEq, 23.58% Zn) from 200.3 m. A separate single sample returned 1,045 g/t Ag over 0.4 m.
  • CMR26-211: 37.2 m @ 177.7 g/t AgEq (5.59% ZnEq) from 145.1 m; including 12.8 m @ 346.6 g/t AgEq (10.90% ZnEq) from 169.5 m. Separately, 22.5 m @ 153.5 g/t AgEq (4.83% ZnEq) from 185.7 m, and 11.3 m @ 106.9 g/t AgEq (3.36% ZnEq) from 233.8 m.
  • CMR26-213 (previously reported Oct. 1, 2026; composite grades revised): 30.6 m @ 209.2 g/t AgEq (6.58% ZnEq) from 134.3 m; including 6.1 m @ 562.3 g/t AgEq (17.69% ZnEq).

This marks the first drilling at AG since 2019, with the program designed to infill between the high-grade JAG and Nunatak panels in the central portion of the deposit. These results are not included in the current resource model. Vizsla Copper Corp. targets an updated Palmer Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) for Q1 2027. True widths are estimated at 75–85% of downhole lengths. The mountain portion of the 2026 program is finished, while lower-elevation drilling continues.

Material Impact

Vizsla Copper Corp. (VCU) confirmed that the recent drill results do not alter the current resource or deposit thesis, as the company explicitly stated the data feeds into a Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) scheduled for Q1 2027. The three-hole infill program confirmed continuity at a deposit that already carries a 5.35 Mt inferred resource averaging approximately 8.8% ZnEq. The intercepts landed at or near resource grade, with CMR26-215 slightly above and CMR26-211 and CMR26-213 below, though both featured strong internal high-grade cores and very consistent gram-metres.

The market has not priced in these anchor results, as the stock has round-tripped from a high of $2.55 on Jan 29, 2026, to $0.99 on Jul 8, 2026, and is currently trading at $1.17. This represents an increase of only approximately 18% from the low and remains approximately 54% below the high. Recent drill news has been sold off by the market; the Sept 3 Zone 1 copper hit, which returned 49.2 m @ 4.7% CuEq, was followed by a drift from $1.59 down to $1.28 by mid-September. Similarly, the Oct 1 AG result was met with a decline to $1.25/$1.23.

As a pre-revenue explorer and developer with a market capitalization of approximately C$105M and cash holdings of approximately C$22.5M, Vizsla’s equity is unlikely to move significantly from a single infill result at one of two deposits at one of several projects unless it changes scale or de-risks a milestone. The current results add confidence without changing the scale. A material impact would have required a genuine step-out extending the AG deposit beyond JAG/Nunatak, a grade and width result well above resource grade over a broad width, or a resource-expanding discovery, none of which are present.

Company Overview

Vizsla Copper Corp. (VCU) holds a portfolio of copper-focused assets across Alaska and British Columbia, anchored by its 100% owned Palmer VMS project in Southeast Alaska. Acquired via Constantine Metal Resources in December 2025, Palmer comprises the copper-rich Palmer deposit (South Wall) and the zinc-silver-barite rich AG deposit. The company reports an Indicated resource of 4.77 Mt @ 1.69% Cu, 5.17% Zn, and an Inferred resource of 12.0 Mt @ 0.57% Cu, 3.92% Zn. The AG deposit adds a 5.35 Mt Inferred block @ 0.15% Cu, 3.88% Zn, 0.80% Pb, 110.6 g/t Ag, 0.41 g/t Au, and 30.0% BaSO₄ (~8.8% ZnEq). A resource model update is targeted for Q1 2027, with road access, permits, and infrastructure already in place.

In central British Columbia, the company is advancing the Poplar project, a Thira porphyry Cu-Mo-Ag-Au discovery with an approximate 800 × 900 m footprint. Recent drilling included interval TH26-154, which returned 472.8 m @ 0.40% CuEq, including 304.8 m @ 0.48% CuEq, as Phase 2 drilling continues. Nearby, the Woodjam project hosts the Deerhorn porphyry Cu-Au deposit. Drill hole DH26-136 intersected 266.0 m @ 0.97% Cu, including 48.5 m @ 3.32% Cu. Historical non-43-101 estimates for Deerhorn indicate a resource of 32.8 Mt @ 0.22% Cu and 0.49 g/t Au.

Further exploration is underway at the Copperview and Miller projects. Copperview is a till-covered M5 porphyry target in south-central BC, for which a five-year MYAB permit was granted in April 2026, with first-time drilling planned for Fall 2026. The Miller project, a Cu-Au porphyry staked in September 2026 covering 25,274 ha, is contiguous with Centerra’s Mt. Milligan; an airborne MobileMT survey is planned for the property.

In Alaska, Vizsla is acquiring the Delta and Helm Bay assets from Agnico Eagle, with a close expected in Q4 2026. The Delta deposit carries a historical inferred resource of 15.4 Mt @ 0.6% Cu, 1.6% Pb, 3.8% Zn, 62 g/t Ag, and 1.7 g/t Au. As of July 31, 2026, the company held approximately C$22.5M in cash and term deposits, with no material debt or going-concern flags.
