VIZSLA COPPER INTERSECTS HIGH-GRADE SILVER AND GOLD MINERALIZATION AT THE PALMER PROJECT, SOUTHEAST ALASKA

Vizsla reports 10.4 metres at 15.2% zinc equivalent in silver-led Palmer AG infill drilling, one of 19 holes.

Executive Summary

Vizsla Copper Corp. (VCU) has released assay results from hole CMR26-213, drilled at the AG deposit within the Palmer Cu-Zn VMS project in Southeast Alaska. This is the first hole reported from a three-hole 2026 AG infill program, with assays for CMR26-211 and CMR26-215 still pending.

The company characterizes the hole as infill linking two known high-grade, metal-rich panels of the deposit, the JAG and Nunatak panels. The 2026 AG holes mark the first drilling at AG since 2019.

Reported intervals (downhole lengths, no true width, no cutoff stated):

  • 30.6 m @ 6.53% ZnEq (1.60% Zn, 0.05% Cu, 0.47% Pb, 96.6 g/t Ag, 0.92 g/t Au, 12.15% BaSO4) from 134.3 m.
  • Including 10.4 m @ 15.23% ZnEq (2.49% Zn, 0.06% Cu, 1.15% Pb, 255.3 g/t Ag, 2.39 g/t Au, 32.75% BaSO4) from 135.1 m.
  • Including 6.1 m @ 17.69% ZnEq (2.63% Zn, 0.06% Cu, 1.42% Pb, 320.2 g/t Ag, 2.48 g/t Au, 37.75% BaSO4) from 135.5 m.
  • Including 0.6 m @ 44.25% ZnEq (3.79% Zn, 0.18% Cu, 1.67% Pb, 992.0 g/t Ag, 4.77 g/t Au, 21.23% BaSO4) from 135.5 m.
  • Separate lower interval: 4.6 m @ 5.36% ZnEq (4.52% Zn, 0.13% Cu, 0.10% Pb, 12.7 g/t Ag, 0.07 g/t Au) from 229.2 m.

Fifteen to sixteen further holes across HG, AG, South Wall Zones 2 and 3, and Waterfall are pending, with results expected early October to mid-November 2026.

Material Impact

Vizsla Copper Corp. (VCU) is an advanced explorer in the pre-development stage with no revenue. As of 31 July 2026, the company held C$22.47M in cash and term deposits, C$83.3M in total equity, and C$65.6M in exploration and evaluation assets. With 90,129,468 shares outstanding, the book value stands at C$0.92 per share. The market capitalization is roughly C$112M at a share price of C$1.24.

The recent release confirms a high-grade silver-gold-rich panel in the central AG deposit at shallow depth. This includes a demonstrated 10.4 m core at 15.23% ZnEq (above resource grade) and 320.2 g/t Ag over 6.1 m. This marks the first AG drilling since 2019, providing incremental de-risking for one of the two deposits in the Palmer resource.

The drilling adds no tonnes or new zones. It serves as infill within a 5.35 Mt Inferred deposit, and the broad interval is below the resource grade on zinc, lead, and copper. The AG deposit already contains approximately 19.0 moz Ag, 457 Mlb Zn, 94 Mlb Pb, 17.7 Mlb Cu, and 70.5 koz Au on the stated resource.

Prior significant results include: - 3 September 2026: CMR26-199 at South Wall Zone 1 returned 49.2 m @ 4.7% CuEq (3.05% Cu, 4.85% Zn, 21.88 g/t Ag, 0.33 g/t Au) including 27.0 m @ 8.4% CuEq and 13.1 m @ 10.3% CuEq. - 26 August 2026: Woodjam Deerhorn DH26-136 returned 266.0 m @ 0.97% Cu including 48.5 m @ 3.32% Cu. - 8 September 2026: The Delta and Helm Bay acquisition from Agnico Eagle.

The stock traded at C$1.15 on 1 October 2025, peaked at C$2.55 on 29 January 2026, and underwent a sustained round-trip through 2026 to a low of C$0.99 on 8 July 2026. It closed at C$1.24 on 30 September 2026. The stock is roughly 51% below its high and 25% above its low. The 3 September copper result produced a one-day move to C$1.59 before fading to C$1.24 within four weeks.

The most material item in this release is arguably what it does not report: the 15-16 pending holes across HG, South Wall Zones 2-3, Waterfall, and the HG prospect, where a new visual massive sulphide occurrence (CMR26-208) was previously flagged. HG is considered the potential scale-changer, whereas AG is not.

Company Overview

Vizsla Copper Corp. (TSXV: VCU, OTCQB: VCUFF, Frankfurt: 97E0) is a Vancouver-headquartered Cu-Au-Mo exploration and development company with assets in Alaska and British Columbia, backed by Inventa Capital. The company has no revenue and no mineral reserves.

The Palmer VMS Project in Southeast Alaska, which Vizsla owns 100% of following the acquisition of Constantine Metal Resources closed on 4 December 2025, serves as the company’s flagship asset. An NI 43-101 technical report dated 28 February 2025, with an effective date of 13 January 2025, was prepared by SRK Consulting (U.S.), Inc. The report identifies the AG deposit as one of two deposits within the current Palmer resource estimate. The AG deposit comprises 5.35 Mt Inferred at 0.15% Cu, 3.88% Zn, 0.80% Pb, 110.6 g/t Ag, 0.41 g/t Au, 30.0% BaSO4, or 3.9% CuEq and 8.8% ZnEq. A separate December 2025 disclosure listed Indicated resources of 4.77 Mt at 1.69% Cu and 5.17% Zn, and Inferred resources of 12.00 Mt at 0.57% Cu and 3.92% Zn. The scope of these project-level totals relative to the AG estimate is not unambiguously reconciled in the materials provided, so the combined figure is treated as approximate pending the technical report.

In central BC, the Poplar Project offers an option to earn 100% interest. This project includes the Thira porphyry Cu-Mo discovery and the Camp Lake and Copper Pond targets along an 8 km by 2 km alteration corridor. The best reported hole, TH26-154, returned 472.8 m @ 0.40% CuEq including 304.8 m @ 0.48% CuEq, defining roughly an 800 m by 900 m footprint to about 500 m depth.

The Woodjam Project in central BC is a porphyry Cu-Au property. Drill hole DH26-136 at the Deerhorn deposit returned 266.0 m @ 0.97% Cu including 48.5 m @ 3.32% Cu. This hole was drilled roughly 100 m below the modelled extent of the historical Deerhorn estimate, which reported 32.8 Mt at 0.22% Cu and 0.49 g/t Au; this historical data is not treated as a current resource.

The Copperview Project in south-central BC covers 11,630 ha with 100% ownership. A five-year MYAB drill permit was granted in April 2026 for the undrilled, till-concealed M5 porphyry target, with a first-ever drill program planned for Fall 2026.

In central BC, Vizsla staked 25,274 ha at the Miller Project in September 2026. The property is royalty-free and contiguous with Centerra's producing Mount Milligan mine. The targets are untested by drilling, and an airborne MobileMT survey is planned.

Vizsla is acquiring the Delta polymetallic VMS project in central Alaska and the Helm Bay orogenic gold project in southeast Alaska from Agnico Eagle. The consideration includes approximately C$32.0M in shares at a deemed C$1.26, 3,041,480 warrants at C$1.95, 2.0% and 3.0% NSRs, and up to C$20M in contingent milestones. Agnico will hold roughly 19.99% of Vizsla, rising to about 22.0%, with 1-2 board nominees and a participation right in a future financing of at least C$30M. Delta carries a historical inferred estimate of 15.4 Mt at 0.6% Cu, 1.6% Pb, 3.8% Zn, 62 g/t Ag and 1.7 g/t Au, which is not a current resource. Closing is expected in Q4 2026.

Financials as reported, with the latest column covering the three months to 31 July 2026, show nil revenue, a net loss of C$2.95M, SG&A of C$1.92M, operating cash outflow of C$1.66M, and investing outflow of C$8.05M. The company held cash and term deposits of C$22.47M, working capital of C$18.84M, total equity of C$83.30M, and exploration and evaluation assets of C$65.58M. Book value stood at C$0.92 per share with 90,129,468 shares outstanding. There is no debt beyond C$0.41M historically, and the going-concern flag is false. These are prior-period figures and are not the subject of today's release.
