Mink Ventures Corporation Completes Phase Two Drilling at Warren Project, Timmins

Mink completes Warren Phase 2 drilling with assays due late August before moving to Montcalm.

Executive Summary

Mink Ventures Corporation (MINK) has completed two diamond drill holes totaling 477 meters at its Warren property, targeting VTEM Maxwell Plate anomalies for nickel, copper, and cobalt. Core logging is finished, and sampling of mineralized intervals is currently underway.

Assay results are expected towards the end of August 2026. Meanwhile, a drill program at the Montcalm Ni-Cu-Co project is scheduled to begin in late August or early September, followed by preparation for Phase 3 drilling at Warren in mid-December. No new assay data, intercepts, or grades are reported.

Material Impact

Mink Ventures Corporation (MINK) issued a progress report regarding its Phase 2 drilling program, which was previously announced on June 18, 2026. The completion of this phase represents a routine operational step, and the release contains no new information that influences the resource thesis or equity value. The stock has traded in the range of C$0.10–0.11 over the past month, reflecting low expectations, and this update does not alter the fundamental exploration risk.

Montcalm sits adjacent to Glencore’s former Montcalm mine, which historically produced 3.93 Mt at 1.25% Ni, 0.67% Cu, and 0.051% Co. The Montcalm property hosts a deep BHIP anomaly that was partially tested by a 549 m hole intersecting a diabase dyke.

The Warren project is an early-stage exploration property featuring several zones of disseminated to massive magmatic sulphide mineralization. The best intercept to date is 7.1 m of 0.44% Ni, 0.28% Cu, 0.06% Co, alongside untested VTEM anomalies. Mink Ventures has 41.4 M shares outstanding, 17 M warrants, and management ownership of approximately 12%.
