ReeXploration Announces Five-for-One Share Consolidation
ReeXploration consolidates shares to revive marketability and attract capital for its exploration projects.

ReeXploration Inc. has announced the approval of a 5-for-1 share consolidation for its common shares. The transaction is pending final acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) and is intended to enhance the company's marketability and attract new investment.
The consolidation will reduce the pre-consolidation share count of 135,229,107 to approximately 27,045,821 post-consolidation. Fractional shares resulting from the consolidation will be rounded up to the nearest whole share, with no cash paid in lieu. Outstanding stock options and warrants will be adjusted proportionately in both exercise price and share count.
The company name and TSXV symbol (REE) will remain unchanged. New CUSIP and ISIN numbers will be issued upon acceptance by the exchange.
ReeXploration Inc. (REE) has undertaken a routine corporate action to address sub-penny pricing and improve liquidity and marketability on the TSXV. The consolidation serves as a housekeeping measure rather than a strategic or financial catalyst. It does not alter the company's fundamental value, project status, or operational outlook, nor does it introduce any material positive or negative impact on the underlying asset base or exploration progress.
ReeXploration Inc. (REE) is a dual-commodity critical minerals explorer focused on the Eureka Project in central Namibia. The project targets both Rare Earth Elements (REE) and Uranium within the prolific "Alaskite Alley" structural corridor, located near major deposits such as Rossing and Husab.
The company’s NI 43-101 Inferred Mineral Resource for the REE component stands at 310,000 tonnes at 4.8% TREO, including 0.7% NdPr. Metallurgy testing has confirmed that a simple gravity and magnetic separation process yields approximately 60% TREO concentrate with low radionuclide content.
In early 2026, a maiden 11-hole, 1,729-meter drill program validated the dual-target exploration model by confirming widespread radiometric anomalies in leucogranite host rocks and shallow overburden. ReeXploration operates under a project-generation strategy, aiming to de-risk assets and secure strategic partnerships or acquisitions before entering capital-intensive development.
