Coyote Copper Mines Inc. Reports Surface Copper Results Ahead of November Drilling

Coyote’s high-grade surface assays validate the porphyry target ahead of its november drill program.

Executive Summary

Coyote Copper Mines Inc. (CCMM) has released high-grade surface copper and molybdenum assay results from rock chip and channel sampling at its Copper Springs Project in Arizona. The company also announced an expansion of its land position to 1,100 claims, covering approximately 89.4 km², and increased its geophysics budget from $200,000 to $1,500,000 following successful preliminary surveys.

Notable intercepts from the sampling include 19.25% Cu over 0.60 m at West Gibson, 13.79% Cu over 0.30 m around Gibson, and 0.54% Cu with 4,841 ppm Molybdenum over 0.50 m at Maher.

Phase 1 drilling is scheduled to commence around November 16, 2026, targeting shallow oxide and deeper sulfide zones. Permits have been secured for road construction and 37 drill locations. Additionally, CCMM has signed Confidentiality Agreements (CAs) with six major copper mining companies, some of which have visited the project multiple times.

Exploration and staking programs were funded by proceeds from an accelerated warrant exercise. A technical report dated November 23, 2025, contains no current mineral resource or reserve estimate.

Material Impact

Coyote Copper Mines Inc. (CCMM) released results on October 28, continuing the progression of its exploration timeline which began with its listing in April, followed by a capital raise in May and June, soil geochemistry validation in August, and permitting and warrant acceleration in September. The company exercised warrants and prepared for drilling on October 16, leading to the recent surface assay results and the signing of confidentiality agreements (CAs).

The surface assays reported are high-grade and support a porphyry copper model, particularly highlighting a molybdenum anomaly at Maher that often accompanies high-value porphyry systems. To further investigate subsurface targets, the company has expanded its geophysics budget to $1.5 million. Additionally, CCMM signed CAs with six major copper companies, a move indicating that industry peers are conducting due diligence. These agreements are non-binding and do not guarantee farm-in agreements, joint ventures, or acquisitions.

CCMM’s stock has declined approximately 50% from its August peak of $0.73 to $0.37. This price action suggests the market has already discounted the exploration narrative and is awaiting subsurface drill confirmation. While surface sampling is encouraging, it is a standard pre-drill step and does not constitute a material shift in the company's valuation framework. The news is incremental and expected within the exploration lifecycle, validating prior soil and geophysical data but not yet providing the subsurface continuity or grade-thickness required to define a resource.

Company Overview

Coyote Copper Mines Inc. (TSXV: CCMM) was established in April 2026 through a qualifying transaction, specifically a reverse takeover, that amalgamated the company with Copper Bullet Mines Inc. The firm’s flagship asset is the Copper Springs Project, situated in Arizona’s "Copper Triangle" and positioned adjacent to major operations including BHP/Rio Tinto's Resolution Copper, Capstone Copper, and KGHM.

The project encompasses 1,100 claims covering approximately 89.4 km², targeting a large-scale porphyry copper system. Surface targets are exposed, providing a significant cost and time advantage over the adjacent Resolution Mine, where mineralization begins at approximately 1,200 m depth. Coyote Copper Mines is currently in the advanced exploration stage and does not have a current NI 43-101 mineral resource or reserve estimate. Phase 1 drilling is imminent.
