Homerun gets 11th Sorbie settlement of $100,063
Homerun’s routine settlement adds minimal cash as dilution and liquidity risks persist.

Homerun Resources Inc. (HMR) announced the eleventh monthly settlement under its $6-million financing agreement with Sorbie Bornholm LP, which was originally closed in December 2025. The settlement generated gross proceeds of $100,063.04.
To facilitate the transaction, 269,167 shares were released from escrow, resulting in an effective price of 37.18 cents per share. Additionally, 186,667 warrants were issued from the company's treasury with an exercise price of 57 cents, expiring on October 13, 2029. This settlement continues the monthly escrow release mechanism tied to the company's market price, with the effective price significantly below the original $1.178 benchmark.
Homerun Resources Inc. (HMR) executed a routine release under its previously disclosed escrow financing structure, a process the market was aware of regarding its monthly release schedule and warrant issuance terms. The effective price of 37.18 cents reflects a depressed share price relative to the settlement benchmark, resulting in the company receiving less cash per share than the pro-rata monthly amount. This outcome is a built-in feature of the sharing agreement rather than a new development.
The transaction provided a $100k cash infusion, which is immaterial relative to the company's operational burn rate and the approximately $400 million capital required for the solar glass plant. The release of 269k shares and the issuance of 186k warrants add to the already heavily diluted share count, which stands at approximately 77.35 million outstanding.
There has been no change to the strategic roadmap, the bankable feasibility study (BFS) timeline, or the project financing status. The company's liquidity position remains critically constrained.
Homerun Resources Inc. (HMR) is developing a vertically integrated, silica-powered clean energy platform in Bahia, Brazil. The company’s flagship project is a 1,000-tonne-per-day antimony-free solar glass manufacturing plant located in Santa Maria Eterna. According to the Bankable Feasibility Study (BFS), the project reports a base-case net present value (NPV) of approximately $670 million and an internal rate of return (IRR) of 20.2%.
The platform’s core verticals include high-purity silica sand mining and purification across 3N, 4N, and 5N grades, solar glass manufacturing, silica-based thermal energy storage, and AI-enabled energy management systems. To de-risk the supply chain and technology roadmap, Homerun Resources has secured mining permits and surface rights, alongside multiple strategic partnerships with CEITEC, UC Davis, NREL, SORG Group, Jundu, and Cebrace.
