Algo Grande Commissions Independent NI 43-101 Update to Capture First Year of Progress at Adelita

Algo Grande Copper Corp. (ALGR) has engaged London-based Addison Mining Services to prepare a Technical Report Update under National Instrument 43-101 for its 100%-owned Adelita Project in Sonora, Mexico. The update is designed to incorporate significant exploration work completed since the previous report’s effective date of August 15, 2025. This work includes Phase I and Phase II drilling, surface prospecting, geophysical surveys, and land tenure agreements.
James Hogg, CEO and Principal Geologist at Addison, serves as the independent Qualified Person responsible for the update. He conducted a site visit to the Adelita Project from October 11-15, 2026, to satisfy personal inspection requirements. During this visit, Mr. Hogg inspected core handling and field operations at the Cerro Grande, Cerro Potrero, Potrero South, Las Trancas, and Mezquital sites, as well as the core shack in Navojoa. João Rocha, VP Exploration at Algo Grande, served as the non-independent Qualified Person who reviewed the release.
The technical report update encompasses a range of exploration activities. Phase I drilling at Cerro Grande consisted of four holes totalling 1,998 metres. Surface prospecting efforts included a January 2026 campaign comprising 49 rock samples. Phase II drilling, which commenced in June 2026, has seen approximately 4,000 metres drilled in nine holes to date.
Geophysical work includes UAV magnetic surveys and a ground gravity survey of approximately 1,296 stations across Mezquital, Cerro Grande, Cerro Potrero, and Las Trancas, which commenced in October 2026. Geological work has involved district-scale mapping and the definition of the Mezquital porphyry target. Additionally, the company executed a five-year surface access agreement with Ejido Palos Chinos covering approximately 1,796 hectares on September 30, 2026.
The final Technical Report Update will be filed on SEDAR+ upon completion.
"Adelita has been materially advanced in less than a year of operations, and we are proud of what our team has delivered. Updating the technical report ensures the record reflects where the project stands today," said Enrico Gay, CEO.
