Homerun receives $117,270 settlement from Sorbie
Homerun’s monthly financing settlement highlights persistent price weakness and dilution pressure.

Homerun Resources Inc. announced the 10th monthly settlement under its $6-million financing agreement with Sorbie Bornholm LP. The company received gross proceeds of $117,270.68, based on an effective share price of $0.4357 for the settlement, which is down from $0.7682 in the first settlement.
The transaction resulted in 269,167 shares being released from escrow. Additionally, 186,667 warrants were issued from treasury at an exercise price of $0.65, expiring September 10, 2029. This settlement continues the 24-month monthly release schedule tied to market price benchmarks.
Homerun Resources Inc. (HMR) issued a routine monthly financing update, a development the market has already anticipated given its familiarity with the Sorbie sharing agreement mechanics. The company reported a declining effective price of $0.4357, a figure that reflects the stock’s sustained downtrend from approximately $1.25 to roughly $0.57 over the past year.
While dilution remains ongoing, it is considered priced into the current valuation. The release contained no new strategic developments, partnerships, or operational milestones. The routine nature of the announcement limits potential upside, while the declining proceeds underscore persistent bearish sentiment and liquidity pressure.
Homerun Resources Inc. (HMR) is developing a vertically integrated clean energy platform centered on high-purity silica sand in Bahia, Brazil. The company’s flagship project is a 1,000-tonne-per-day antimony-free solar glass manufacturing plant located in Santa Maria Eterna. A Bankable Feasibility Study indicates strong economics for the project, projecting a $670 million net present value and a 20.2% internal rate of return.
Strategic verticals for the platform include silica purification at 3N, 4N, and 5N grades, solar glass production, silica-based thermal energy storage in partnership with NREL, and AI-driven energy management systems. Homerun has secured offtake agreements and partnerships with entities including Sengi Solar, BRFV, and Cristal Sand Group.
