Integra Announces Third Quarter Gold Production of 17,652 ounces, Demonstrating Continued Growth in Mining and Gold Production at Florida Canyon

Integra’s third-quarter gold output rose 8% sequentially but fell 15% year-over-year, requiring a record fourth quarter to meet its annual guidance targets.

Executive Summary

Integra Resources Corp. (ITR) released an interim operational update for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, ahead of its scheduled financial results on November 11, 2026. The update contains no cost, margin, or cash flow data beyond a preliminary cash balance.

Florida Canyon produced 17,652 oz of gold and sold 16,760 oz in Q3 2026. That is +8% versus Q2 2026 (16,379 oz) and +40% versus Q1 2026 (12,635 oz). Year-to-date production is 46,666 oz produced and 45,072 oz sold.

Mining activity included 5,350 kt ore and 3,614 kt waste, roughly 8,964 kt total (the release text rounds this to "approximately 9.0 M total tonnes"), at a strip ratio of 0.68 and a record 97,428 tpd. Heap leach placement totaled 5,207 kt (3,318 kt direct to pads plus 1,889 kt crushed). Processed grade was 0.25 g/t Au. Blended gold recovery was 52.5%.

Silver production was 13,182 oz, with 12,530 oz sold. Cash and cash equivalents were $119,464,000 as of September 30, 2026 (preliminary). Full-year 2026 gold production guidance of 70,000 to 75,000 oz is reaffirmed, not raised.

Central Pit pre-stripping continues as a priority for higher-grade ore in 2027; DeLamar Final Investment Decision is still targeted for H2 2027; Nevada North economic studies and pre-permitting are ongoing.

The release does not provide a comparison to Q3 2025, unit cost, realized price, or capital expenditure figures. Every percentage in the comparison table is measured against Q1 or Q2 2026 — never against the prior-year quarter. The release also contains two internal errors: it states the company "produced 17,652 ounces of gold and sold 16,760 ounces of gold during the second quarter" (it means the third quarter), and it gives two different filing dates for the Q3 financials — "after market close on Wednesday, November 11, 2026" in the opening paragraph and "Tuesday, November 10, 2026" in the financial position section.

Material Impact

Integra Resources Corp. (ITR) released an interim production update confirming a ramp-up trajectory that management has publicly telegraphed since at least the April 23 and July 23, 2026 releases. The sequence of quarterly gold production in 2026—12,635 oz, 16,379 oz, and 17,652 oz—aligns with the record ore-stacking rates the company has described throughout the year. While production is trending upward, the rate of growth is decelerating, rising 30% quarter-over-quarter in Q2 before slowing to an 8% increase in Q3. The release does not raise guidance or reveal new assets.

Two specific metrics in the release present new data points. Year-over-year production has declined, with Q3 2026 output of 17,652 oz representing a 14.5% drop from Q3 2025’s 20,653 oz. For the first nine months of 2026, production totaled 46,666 oz, which is 19.6% below the 58,063 oz produced in the first nine months of 2025 (calculated from FY2025 production of 70,927 oz less Q4 2025’s 12,864 oz). The company’s reporting focused only on comparisons to Q1 and Q2 2026.

Additionally, blended recovery fell to 52.5% from 58.5% in H1 2026 and 60.7% in Q3 2025. Management attributes this decline to a higher proportion of run-of-mine ore relative to crushed ore. The crushed stream, which yields higher recovery rates, accounted for 1,889 kt in Q3 compared to 3,609 kt across all of H1 2026. Lower recovery rates imply that more contained ounces may report later or not at all.

Market positioning reflected these conditions prior to the announcement. The stock closed at C$3.18 on the release date, having fallen 14% over the nine sessions from C$3.71 on October 9 and 12% from C$3.61 on the August 11 Q2 earnings date. The share price remains 50% below the January 26, 2026 high of C$6.38.

Company Overview

Integra Resources Corp. (TSXV: ITR, NYSE American: ITRG) is a Great Basin-focused precious metals producer that transitioned from developer to producer following the late-2024 acquisition of the Florida Canyon Mine in Pershing County, Nevada, located approximately 45 miles southwest of Winnemucca. The company’s portfolio includes the following key assets:

  • Florida Canyon (Nevada, producing): 2026 guidance of 70,000–75,000 oz Au; 2027–2028 outlook of 80,000–90,000 oz per year; 8-year active mine life plus 2 years residual leaching; P&P reserves of 1.19 moz Au; life-of-mine site AISC of approximately $2,331/oz.
  • DeLamar (Idaho, development): past-producing heap leach project in Owyhee County, roughly 80 km southwest of Boise. Feasibility Study complete, NEPA permitting underway under FAST-41, ROD and Final Investment Decision targeted H2 2027. 10-year mine life plus 2 years residual leaching, 106 koz AuEq per year, AISC $1,480/oz AuEq, initial capital US$389M.
  • Nevada North (Nevada, PEA stage): Wildcat and Mountain View deposits, roughly 26 miles west of Florida Canyon. PEA contemplates approximately 1 moz AuEq over 13 years at roughly 80 koz AuEq per year and an AISC of $973/oz AuEq. Pre-Feasibility Study now targeted for H2 2027.

Management is led by President, CEO and Director George Salamis, with Clifford Lafleur as COO, Andrée St-Germain as CFO and James Frost as Director, Technical Services and Qualified Person.
