Integra Provides DeLamar Project Update: Detailed Engineering, Permitting, Procurement and State of Good Repairs Work Advancing in Line with Plan, Appoints GenCap as Project Financing Advisor
Integra’s DeLamar project remains on track for a 2027 final investment decision despite elevated costs and steady production progress.

Integra Resources Corp. (ITR) provided a comprehensive operational update on the DeLamar Gold-Silver Project, confirming that detailed engineering, permitting, procurement, and state-of-good-repair activities are advancing in line with the plan toward a Final Investment Decision (FID) expected in H2 2027. To support this timeline, the company appointed GenCap Mining Advisory as its project finance advisor to evaluate and structure potential financing alternatives for the development, aiming to establish a financing strategy well in advance of the FID.
Key operational milestones include the completion of the NEPA public comment period, the mobilization of a crushing pilot plant to validate Feasibility Study assumptions, and the completion of critical infrastructure upgrades including the access bridge and truck shop refurbishment. Long-lead procurement is expected to be completed by the end of 2026, with orders expected for the Merrill-Crowe plant, the crushing facility, and electrical equipment. An agreement with Idaho Power Company secures power availability to ~6 MW by 2030. Additionally, baseline data collection is on track to complete 5 years by the end of 2026 within the 13,425-acre Mine Plan of Operation boundary.
Integra Resources Corp. (ITR) issued a project development update confirming execution against its previously announced Feasibility Study and permitting timeline. The company appointed GenCap and completed pilot plant validation, steps that serve to de-risk the $389 million initial capital requirement.
The market has already priced in the permitting progress and cost revisions from the Q2 earnings release. The stock has consolidated in the $3.00–$4.10 range since the June technical report.
Integra Resources Corp. (ITR) is a U.S.-focused precious metals producer transitioning from a developer to a producer following the acquisition of the Florida Canyon Mine. The Florida Canyon mine in Nevada is a producing heap-leach gold operation with an eight-year mine life and a 74% increase in reserves, targeting 70,000 to 75,000 ounces of gold in 2026.
The company also holds the DeLamar project in Idaho, a development-stage heap-leach gold-silver asset with a 10-year mine life and an estimated 1.1 million ounces of gold equivalent at a $774 million net present value at base prices. DeLamar is currently in the NEPA permitting phase. Additionally, Integra is advancing its Nevada North exploration and development stage assets, including the Wildcat and Mountain View deposits, toward a Pre-Feasibility Study.
