INTEGRA FILES FEASIBILITY STUDY AND UPDATED LIFE OF MINE PLAN TECHNICAL REPORT FOR THE PRODUCING FLORIDA CANYON MINE
Integra’s Florida Canyon filing confirms extended mine life and $0.8 billion free cash flow, though 2026 cost overhang persists.

Integra Resources Corp. (ITR) filed the NI 43-101 Feasibility Study Technical Report and updated Life of Mine Plan for its producing Florida Canyon Mine. The report reflects nearly two years of operating experience and a comprehensive review of historical performance. Proven and Probable Mineral Reserves increased 74% to 1.19 moz Au.
The updated plan outlines an 8-year active mining life plus two years of residual leaching, with average annual gold production of ~82 koz (excluding residual leaching). Total LOM gold sold is ~685 koz. After-tax free cash flow is estimated at $0.8 billion, base-case after-tax NPV(5%) of $601 million (discounted to Jan 1, 2026), and site-level AISC averaging ~$2,331/oz. Gold price assumptions range from $4,344/oz in 2026 declining to $3,600/oz from 2030 onward.
The report was prepared by Global Resource Engineering Ltd. and reviewed by a Qualified Person. This filing follows the June 25, 2026 news release that already disclosed the same headline numbers.
The formal filing of the Technical Report is administrative rather than a source of new information. All key metrics — reserve growth, mine life extension, FCF, NPV, and cost profile — were previously disclosed on June 25, 2026. The market has digested that release (the stock traded down to ~$3.30 at that time).
Integra Resources Corp. (ITR) is a U.S.-focused gold producer operating a cash-flowing heap leach mine at Florida Canyon in Nevada, alongside two advanced development projects: DeLamar in Idaho and Nevada North in Nevada. The company aims to build a multi-asset, long-life production platform. Florida Canyon currently produces 70–75 koz Au per year, with guidance for 80–90 koz in 2027–2028.
DeLamar has a completed Feasibility Study reporting an NPV5% of $774M and an IRR of 46% at $3,000/oz gold. The project is in the NEPA permitting process, targeting a Record of Decision in Q3 2027. Nevada North is at the PEA stage, with a PFS expected early 2027.
