Integra Identifies New Near-Mine Gold Growth Targets at Florida Canyon, including 1.30 g/t Au over 62.5 m and 0.59 g/t Au over 167.6 m Inter-Pit and 0.48 g/t Au over 54.9 m in New Madre Shear North Target
Integra reports best inter-pit grades to date, though near-mine drill results do not significantly impact the project’s net asset value.

Integra Resources Corp. (ITR) has released drill results from growth and expansion drilling at its producing Florida Canyon Mine in Pershing County, Nevada. The company has completed 30,140 meters of reverse circulation (RC) drilling at Florida Canyon to date in 2026. This work is part of a previously announced 42,500-meter Florida Canyon program, which itself is part of a company-wide 50,000-meter program launched on April 9, 2026. The Q2 2026 numbers referenced in the release serve as prior-period context; no new financial results are reported in this update.
Drilling at the Madre Shear North target, a new area representing the northern extension of the previously mined Madre Shear structure beneath the North Dump, yielded the following intercepts:
- FCMR26-1284: 0.48 g/t Au over 54.9 m
- FCMR26-1279: 0.42 g/t Au over 9.1 m
- FCMR26-1282: 0.32 g/t Au over 6.1 m
Results from the Central / Radio Tower Saddle (Inter-Pit) area include:

No tonnes, ounces, cutoff grade, or true width are assigned to any of these intervals, and no metal equivalent is used.
Looking ahead, Integra plans approximately 2,000 meters of additional drilling at Madre Shear North and further work at the Central/Radio Tower Saddle. The company also intends to drill 7,000 meters at the Standard Mine area, located 8 km south of Florida Canyon.
Integra Resources Corp. (ITR) is a producer, not an explorer, which heavily weights the materiality of new drill results. With approximately C$827 million in market capitalization, 1.19 million ounces of proven and probable reserves, an eight-year life-of-mine plan, a US$601 million NPV(5%) technical report, and a separate US$774 million NPV development project at DeLamar, a handful of near-mine oxide intercepts changes the optionality rather than the core thesis unless they convert into reserve ounces with an attached timeline. This latest release quantifies no ounces and no date.
The best previously reported results on the same Central / Radio Tower Saddle target were approximately 0.81 g/t over 76.2 m (61.7 g.m) in October 2025 and approximately 0.82 g/t over 50.0 m (41.0 g.m) in April 2026. The stock has not re-rated on drilling since those anchors. From the anchor publication on April 14, 2026, when the close was C$4.31, the stock is now C$4.08. It peaked at C$6.38 in January 2026 on the DeLamar feasibility study, not drilling, and round-tripped to C$2.87 in July 2026 before recovering. The price is not currently paying for the next hole to repeat previous results.
The two best saddle intercepts reported to date are FCMR26-1162 at 98.9 g.m and FCMR26-1250 at 81.3 g.m, which are better than the prior best on both grade and gram-metres. The newly reported holes are spread across the saddle rather than clustered on one collar, providing a weak but real continuity signal.
However, several factors offset the positive results. Holes at the North Dump are confirmatory of an existing plan and add no new value. Holes at the Madre Shear North are at mine grade but physically stranded beneath the North Dump until the dump is mined, so near-term conversion is not assured. No tonnes, ounces, or cutoffs are given. Additionally, 2026 AISC guidance sits at US$3,300–3,500/oz, meaning the margin built on 0.3 g/t rock is thin if gold prices correct.
The results represent a genuinely better-than-prior set of near-mine oxide intercepts at a producer whose equity did not re-rate on the last set of such intercepts. If a follow-up programme demonstrates continuity across the saddle on a definition grid and those ounces enter a resource or reserve update, the significance would escalate.
Integra Resources Corp. (TSXV: ITR; NYSE American: ITRG) is a Great Basin precious-metals producer with a recent share price of C$4.08, approximately 202.8 million shares outstanding, and a market capitalization of roughly C$827 million. As of Q2 2026, the company reported total assets of US$403.7 million, total equity of US$271.4 million, and a book value of approximately US$1.34 per share. The balance sheet shows US$111.1 million in cash, no debt, and working capital of US$146.5 million.
The company’s Florida Canyon Mine in Nevada, an open-pit oxide heap-leach operation acquired in late 2024, provided 16,379 ounces of gold in Q2 2026, a 30% increase quarter-over-quarter. Realized gold prices averaged US$4,426 per ounce, generating US$9.3 million in free cash flow. Management’s 2026 guidance calls for production of 70,000–75,000 ounces, with an outlook of 80,000–90,000 ounces for 2027–28. A technical report effective May 31, 2026, indicated a 74% increase in proven and probable reserves to 1.19 million ounces of gold, establishing an eight-year active mine life plus two years of residual leaching. The project projects average annual production of approximately 82,000 ounces, a life-of-mine after-tax free cash flow of roughly US$0.8 billion, and an after-tax NPV(5%) of US$601 million. During the year, 2026 costs were revised upward to US$2,300–2,500 per ounce in cash and US$3,300–3,500 per ounce in mine-site AISC.
In Idaho, the DeLamar Project is a heap-leach gold-silver development for which a feasibility study was filed in February 2026. The study outlines 1.1 million ounces of gold equivalent over a 10-year mine life plus two years of residual leaching, with average annual production of approximately 106,000 ounces AuEq. The project carries an AISC of US$1,480 per ounce AuEq and an after-tax NPV(5%) of US$774 million at US$3,000 per ounce gold, rising to US$1.9 billion at recent prices, with initial capital requirements of US$389 million. The project is currently in the federal NEPA process under FAST-41, with a Record of Decision targeted for the second half of 2027.
Also in Nevada, the Nevada North Project is in the preliminary economic assessment (PEA) stage. It encompasses the Wildcat and Mountain View open-pit heap-leach deposits, which hold approximately 1 million ounces of gold equivalent at a life-of-mine AISC of US$973 per ounce AuEq. A pre-feasibility study is targeted for early 2027.
Regarding capital structure, Integra closed a US$61.6 million bought deal at US$3.40 in February 2026. In December 2025, US$15 million in Beedie convertible debentures were converted to equity at C$1.6875. Additionally, 517,103 shares were issued to the Shoshone-Paiute Tribes in May 2026.
