Rock Tech Launches Its First Field Program at Victory Lithium Project in Northwest Ontario
Rock Tech launches the Victory Project field to advance Ontario feedstock plans.

Rock Tech Lithium Inc. (RCK) has launched its initial field program at the Victory Lithium Project in Northwest Ontario. The initiative focuses on two known lithium-cesium-tantalum (LCT) pegmatites, the Last Resort and Bounty deposits, as well as a six-kilometre corridor connecting the two sites. While historical grab samples have returned high grades of up to 5.11% and 3.48% Li2O, neither pegmatite has been drilled and the results remain unverified.
The current work aims to conduct geological mapping, sampling, and high-resolution surveys to identify drill targets for a planned 2027 campaign. The company expects to receive the first results from this program in early 2027. The Victory Lithium Project is strategically located near existing infrastructure and is intended to supply feedstock for the proposed Red Rock Converter.
In an administrative update, Rock Tech Lithium Inc. engaged Apaton Finance GmbH to provide investor relations services for a fixed cash fee of €80,000.
Rock Tech Lithium Inc. (RCK) announced a standard, expected progression in the exploration lifecycle for the Victory Project, which was optioned in June 2026. The announcement does not introduce new financial commitments, change the capital structure, or alter the timeline for the Red Rock Converter or Georgia Lake projects.
The focus remains on gathering independent data to validate historical grab samples and define a resource for future drilling. Given the early stage of the project, with no drilling yet completed, and the incremental nature of the field work, the market impact is limited. The development confirms management's execution on the Ontario supply chain strategy but does not de-risk the multi-hundred-million-dollar conversion projects in the near term.
Rock Tech Lithium Inc. (RCK) is developing an integrated "mine-to-converter" lithium supply chain across North America and Europe. Its flagship projects include the Georgia Lake Mine in Ontario, which produces spodumene concentrate and is supported by a binding offtake agreement with Transamine. The company is also advancing the Red Rock Converter in Ontario, a proposed 30,000-32,000 tpa lithium salts conversion facility with a preliminary DFS indicating approximately $596M CAD in capital expenditure. Additionally, the Guben Converter in Germany is a fully permitted EU CRMA strategic project producing 24,000 tpa of lithium hydroxide. To advance these initiatives, Rock Tech Lithium is leveraging German engineering expertise through a partnership with Siemens and securing government funding.
