Homerun Resources Inc. Announces Strategic MOU with Cebrace Brazil's Largest Float Glass Manufacturer
Homerun signed an MOU with Cebrace to validate its solar glass strategy, though investor concerns over potential dilution limit the deal's upside potential.

Homerun Resources Inc. has executed a Memorandum of Understanding with Cebrace Cristal Plano Ltda., a joint venture between Saint-Gobain and NSG Group, to evaluate a strategic commercial partnership for its proposed solar glass manufacturing facility in Bahia, Brazil. The MOU establishes an exclusive framework for Cebrace to supply solar module back glass and provide strategic advisory services for the facility's development, implementation, and operation.
If definitive agreements are reached, the manufacturing facility may be reconfigured from the original Bankable Feasibility Study plan, which called for two front glass lines, one back glass line, and one hybrid line, to three front glass production lines and one hybrid line. This change aims to increase high-margin front glass capacity. The partnership is subject to satisfactory due diligence and the execution of definitive agreements.
The announcement follows the completion of the BFS on May 12, 2026, acceptance into the Bahia Programa Desenvolve tax incentive program, and the advancement of investment banking mandates.
Homerun Resources Inc. (HMR) has entered into a memorandum of understanding that serves as a follow-up to its completed bankable feasibility study and its stated strategy for vertical integration. The agreement offers technical validation and potential supply chain security for back glass, while providing advisory expertise from a major float glass manufacturer.
The agreement is non-binding and subject to due diligence. It does not provide immediate capital, binding revenue, or construction guarantees. Potential line reconfiguration remains speculative until definitive agreements are signed.
The stock has declined approximately 60% from its December 2025 peak. This drop persists despite multiple positive milestones, suggesting the market is pricing in severe dilution risks and execution uncertainty rather than rewarding incremental partnership news.
