Delta Reports up to 24.7 g/t Au Grab Sample Results and New Gold Occurrences Along 6 km of the Crayfish Creek Fault Corridor

Delta reports up to 24.7 g/t Au grab samples along the Crayfish Creek fault.

Executive Summary

Delta Resources Limited has released grab-sample results from its 2026 surface exploration program at the Delta-1 Gold Project in Ontario. The company analyzed 55 outcrop samples, which returned gold values ranging from 0.1 g/t Au to 24.7 g/t Au. The highest-grade assays, 16.1 g/t Au and 24.7 g/t Au, were collected from sulphide-rich iron formation located adjacent to mineralized dikes.

During the program, multiple new gold occurrences were identified over a six-kilometer stretch south of the Crayfish Creek Fault. CEO Ron Kopas stated that the company is taking a systematic approach to vectoring toward new bedrock targets using till sampling and geological mapping, emphasizing the district-scale potential of the property.

Delta Resources is currently conducting a 10,000-metre drill program to test extensions of the Eureka deposit and the I-zone trend. Results will be released as they are received.

Material Impact

The company reports that surface grab sampling and till surveys are serving as precursors to the ongoing 10,000-metre drill program.

These results reinforce the existing geological model and the district-scale thesis. The information is consistent with prior announcements regarding the I-zone extension, Shabaqua target testing, and property-wide till coverage. The update does not introduce new financial terms, material changes to the project timeline, or unexpected discovery scales.

No material change to the company's financial position, capital structure, or near-term catalysts is indicated.

Company Overview

Delta Resources Limited (DLTA) is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on the Delta-1 Gold Project in Northwestern Ontario, located approximately 50 km west of Thunder Bay. The property spans approximately 340 square kilometres and hosts the Eureka Gold Deposit and the I-zone/Crayfish Creek Fault corridor.

The Eureka Gold Deposit extends over 2.5 km in strike length, with mineralization intersected to approximately 600 metres vertical depth and open in all directions. Historical intercepts include 5.92 g/t Au over 31 m and 1.79 g/t Au over 128.5 m. The I-zone/Crayfish Creek Fault is a highly prospective structural corridor featuring historical high-grade occurrences and recent channel sampling that has extended mineralization eastward by over 400 metres.

The company is advancing metallurgical testing, environmental baseline studies, and systematic surface exploration to de-risk the project ahead of a maiden resource estimate.
