Tiger Gold Drills 450.9 m @ 0.6 g/t Au from Surface at Ceibal and Steps Out 175 m to the Southwest

Tiger confirms long low-grade mineralisation at Ceibal, with grade and step-out results still pending.

Executive Summary

Tiger Gold Corp. (TIGR) has released assay results for CEDDH-022, a new drill hole at the Quinchía Gold Project’s Ceibal deposit in Colombia. The hole returned 450.9 m @ 0.6 g/t Au from 0 m to 450.9 m downhole and ended in mineralization. Included intervals were 9 m @ 1.4 g/t Au from 288 m and 8 m @ 1.3 g/t Au from 434 m. The full interval carried 1.0 g/t Ag, 0.05% Cu and 16 ppm Mo; the deeper 8 m high-grade interval carried 59 ppm Mo.

The release states that all intervals are downhole core lengths and that true widths are unknown. Reported cutoffs are 10 m at 0.2 g/t Au with up to 10 m internal dilution, and higher-grade intervals over 5 m at 1 g/t Au with up to 5 m internal dilution. No assays were capped.

CEDDH-022 is the fourth reported hole on its section line. Prior holes on the line were CEDDH-019: 232 m @ 0.5 g/t Au from surface and 165.7 m @ 0.9 g/t Au from 284 m, including 36 m @ 2.9 g/t Au; CEDDH-011: 685.35 m @ 0.6 g/t Au from surface; and CEDDH-002: 579.1 m @ 0.5 g/t Au from 7.5 m. The headline step-out, CEDDH-029, is collared 175 m southwest of CEDDH-022 and has a final length of 301 m, but its assays are pending. It is not a reported result.

Fourteen Ceibal holes are pending: CEDDH-020, CEDDH-021 and CEDDH-024 to CEDDH-035. Six are testing southwest extensions. Three rigs are drilling at Ceibal. Tesorito drilling is complete, with 19 holes and 3,484 m pending. A maiden Ceibal Mineral Resource estimate is targeted for near the end of Q1 2027, followed by an updated PEA near the end of Q1 2027.

Material Impact

Tiger Gold Corp. (TIGR) is an exploration and development company that holds existing resources at its Miraflores and Tesorito properties and has produced a 2025 Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA). However, the Ceibal project currently lacks a defined Mineral Resource. Consequently, drill hole CEDDH-022 serves as a pre-resource confirmation hole rather than an infill hole within an existing resource or a resource-definition result that can be measured against a block model.

The latest release does not alter the current resource base, mine life, PEA, net asset value (NAV), or reserve status. Instead, it adds confidence that the Ceibal corridor is continuous along one section and that mineralization extends from the surface to depth. The market is already aware that Ceibal has returned 500-685 meter low-grade intervals in prior holes. The new 450.9 m @ 0.6 g/t result aligns with that historical data, representing no step-change in grade, width, or scale.

The only genuine extension test included in the release, CEDDH-029, has no assays. Until those assays are received, the 175 m step-out remains a plan rather than a result.

The stock closed at C$0.61 on October 28, 2026, near the low end of its 52-week range of C$0.53-C$1.00. With the equity not priced for the repetition of a high-grade anchor, a solid confirmation can be modestly positive. The expected share-price impact is muted, likely low single-digit percent; a larger move requires the pending step-out assays, a true-width/geometry update, or the maiden Ceibal resource.

Company Overview

Tiger Gold Corp. (TSXV: TIGR, Frankfurt: D150, OTCQB: TGRGF) owns 100% of the Quinchía Gold Project in Colombia’s Mid-Cauca belt. The company’s mineral resource estimates include the Miraflores deposit, which contains 6.1 million tonnes at 2.62 grams per tonne of gold for approximately 0.51 million ounces of gold in the Measured and Indicated category, plus silver. The Tesorito deposit holds 104 million tonnes at 0.47 grams per tonne of gold for approximately 1.57 million ounces of gold in the Inferred category, plus approximately 1.96 million ounces of silver.

Historical Inferred estimates for the Dos Quebradas deposit total 20.2 million tonnes at 0.71 grams per tonne of gold for approximately 459,000 ounces of gold, though the company does not treat this as a current Mineral Resource. The Ceibal project currently has no Mineral Resource, with a maiden estimate targeted for near the end of the first quarter of 2027. No Mineral Reserves are reported.

A 2025 Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA), provided for context, outlines a base-case post-tax net present value (NPV) of US$534 million at a gold price of US$2,650 per ounce, with an internal rate of return (IRR) of 21.3%, a 10.2-year mine life, and average annual production of 138,000 ounces of gold. Cash costs are estimated at US$1,199 per ounce, with all-in sustaining costs (AISC) at US$1,340 per ounce. An upside case at US$3,700 per ounce gold shows an NPV of US$1.188 billion and an IRR of 36.5%.

The company reports 131,295,849 basic shares, 9,230,000 options, 54,792,479 warrants, and 195,318,328 fully diluted shares. Tiger Gold states it has raised $45 million to date. Prior-period financial data for the period ended October 31, 2025, showed cash of C$3.84 million, a net loss of C$1.89 million, and operating cash flow of -C$1.21 million, before a $21 million financing in June 2026.
