Rokmaster Drills Stockwork and Porphyry at Mystery

Rokmaster drilled 545 metres of pyrite stockwork with zero assays before pausing drilling operations.

Executive Summary

Rokmaster Resources Corp. (RKR) has completed the first drillhole on its Mystery Property within the Nechako Project in west-central British Columbia. Drillhole M26-01 reached a total depth of 545.4 meters, testing a 1,500-meter-wide induced polarization (IP) high-chargeability anomaly. The hole was collared approximately 60 meters northeast of IP Line 1000, situated at the northern end of a roughly 350-meter diameter magnetic high, below and to the southeast of the B2 Zone where a strong high-resistivity anomaly was also identified.

The release reports no assay results, grades, intervals, or widths, noting that all data presented are based on visual and logged observations. The company stated that the entire hole was sampled, with geochemical results anticipated to be complete before the end of the year. Visual observations identified broad intervals of stockwork pyrite-biotite-quartz veining containing trace chalcopyrite and molybdenite. Sulphide content ranged from 2% to 12% along the entire length, primarily occurring in dense vein stockworks accompanied by strong sericite alteration.

Host rocks consisted of potassic- and chlorite-altered fragmental andesite and dacite volcanics. A small monzonite dike intersected between 371.0 and 375.5 meters was flagged as a possible causative intrusion. Meter-scale zones of chalcopyrite mineralization were generally associated with stronger disseminated and vein-hosted magnetite. The company concluded that the geology suggests proximity to a porphyry center.

Drilling on the first of three targets is now complete, marking a pause after one hole. The forward plan includes additional 3D IP surveying before further drilling proceeds. The North Ford target, planned for hole P26-B, has been deferred for target refinement and to await better weather conditions.

Material Impact

Rokmaster Resources Corp. (RKR) released operational updates regarding its Mystery Property, noting that the company is a pre-resource explorer with no NI 43-101 resource on any project. The release contains no assay results, meaning no new financial results are available for assessment. For context, prior-period figures for the nine months ended September 30, 2025, show cash of C$205,256, total current assets of C$235,625, and total current liabilities of C$3,221,641. Accounts payable stood at C$2,032,391, while total equity was negative at C$-1,618,466. Operating cash flow was C$-393,450, with a financing inflow of C$639,185. These figures are approximately a year old relative to the current release and should not be interpreted as current financial positions.

The primary new information in the release is that the initial drill hole was completed to a depth of 545.4 meters. Logging indicates a 545-meter veined and altered sequence with a possible causative dike. However, the North Ford hole has been deferred, and drilling is paused pending the completion of 3D induced polarization (IP) surveys. Assays are expected to be delivered before the end of the year.

These developments align with market expectations. The drilling start date of October 1, 2026, the IP targeting strategy, and the plan for two holes (P26-A and P26-B) were previously disclosed. The market was already aware that drilling was commencing on these targets, so the new information is limited to visual logging data and scheduling updates.

There is no assay-based anchor for the Mystery Property, as this is the first hole ever drilled there. The practical anchors were the IP survey on July 13, 2026, and the drill start on October 1, 2026. The stock price did not re-rate following those events, remaining at C$0.04 from mid-2026 through the day before this release, after fluctuating from a peak of C$0.07 in January 2026. Consequently, the price assumes essentially nothing about Mystery drilling. This means there is no embedded disappointment to punish the stock, but also no demonstrated substance to reward it.

The investment thesis remains unchanged, as scale, grade, continuity, metallurgy, and economics are unaffected by the lack of assay data. The only directional change is slightly negative, as a promised second hole was dropped and drilling was halted after one hole.

Regarding dilution, 7,000,000 shares were issued on September 16, 2026, in connection with the Cristal option, with a further 14,000,000 shares payable over 24 and 36 months, plus a 2.5% net smelter return (NSR). The presentation lists 198,840,000 shares outstanding and 218,615,000 fully diluted shares. For a company with negative book equity, continued equity issuance is the primary funding route, creating a structural dilution overhang.

Company Overview

Rokmaster Resources Corp. (TSXV: RKR; OTCQB: RKMSF; FSE: 1RR1) is a Vancouver-based junior holding five exploration-stage project packages, none of which currently carry a NI 43-101 resource.

The company’s Nechako Project in west-central British Columbia’s Stikine terrane spans 28,238 hectares across four properties: Mystery (~16,291 ha), Hanson (~5,349 ha), Fox-Coconut (~4,998 ha), and Chaplin (1,534 ha). Targets include porphyry Cu-(Mo±Au) and high-grade Au-Ag epithermal veins. The area is fully permitted for 2026 drilling and is road accessible.

In northern Chile, the Cristal Project covers approximately 9 km² across three exploitation concessions near the West Fissure, north of the Collahuasi/Ujina district. It represents an undrilled buried porphyry Cu target under post-mineral cover. The company holds an option to acquire 100% interest through the issuance of 21,000,000 shares and US$70,000 cash over 36 months, with a 2.5% NSR granted on exercise and partial buybacks. A prior NI 43-101 reportedly suggests potential mineralization at 600-800 m depth.

The Duncan Lake Project, located in the Kootenay Arc of British Columbia, comprises 1,648 hectares of Zn-Pb-Ag claims, with potential silver and possible Ge/In credits. The site features a historical non-43-101 Cominco resource and 2022 drilling results, including D22-02 which returned 2.06% Zn, 2.56% Pb, and 8.38 g/t Ag over 20.85 m. The project is situated near the Trail smelter.

Other holdings include the Selkirk Project / Downie Gold in British Columbia (1,666 ha), which hosts Ag-Au-Pb-Zn veins and a W-bearing skarn, and the Big Copper Project in southeast BC, featuring sedimentary-hosted Cu-Ag with historical, non-43-101 Cominco intercepts.

According to presentation materials, the company’s capital structure consists of 198,840,000 shares outstanding, 14,275,000 warrants, and 5,500,000 options, totaling 218,615,000 fully diluted shares. Q3-2025 statements show 180,490,478 shares outstanding, reflecting the period before the issuance of 7,000,000 Cristal shares on 2026-09-16.

Management includes CEO and Director John Mirko, President and Director Matthew Parent, who was appointed in July 2026, and CFO Michael Malana. Chairman Michael Cowin leads the board, supported by geological consultants Eric Titley and Jim Oliver, and technical advisors including Mark Rebagliati and Stacy Freudigmann.
