Goliath Reports Multiple Holes Up To 7.38 g/t AuEq Over 35.7 Meters, Including 19.51 g/t AuEq Over 8.32 Meters at the High-Grade Gold Surebet Discovery that Remains Open for Expansion, Golden Triangle, B.C.

McEwen’s Broad Surebet hit returned silver-padded grades below the zone’s prior high-grade anchors.

Executive Summary

Goliath has released assay results for drill holes GD-26-414, GD-26-426, GD-26-431, and GD-26-436, along with integrated AuEq data for previously reported intervals in GD-26-424 and a small section of GD-26-421. The headline hole, GD-26-436, returned 35.70 m @ 7.38 g/t AuEq from 41.30 m to 77.00 m, which includes 8.32 m @ 19.51 g/t AuEq and 3.10 m @ 46.49 g/t AuEq. The full Table 1 interval for GD-26-436 is actually 39.70 m @ 6.70 g/t AuEq from 41.30 m to 81.00 m; gold-only for the 35.70 m headline interval is 3.02 g/t Au, not 7.38 g/t.

In hole GD-26-426, two splays returned 4.50 m @ 5.18 g/t Au and 3.00 m @ 7.85 g/t Au, both within wider lower-grade intervals, with AuEq assays pending. In Eldorado, hole GD-26-431 returned 5.95 m @ 5.83 g/t Au, including 2.90 m @ 11.42 g/t Au, while AuEq remains pending. Hole GD-26-414 returned 16.45 m @ 1.92 g/t AuEq, including 4.00 m @ 3.92 g/t AuEq.

To date, 52 of the 98 planned 2026 holes have been completed, totaling 31,994 m drilled. The VG-NE zone was intersected in 33 of the 52 holes, and all completed holes intersected quartz-sulphide mineralization. The company states that true width is estimated at 80–90% of drill length, and no specific cutoff grade has been disclosed.

Material Impact

McEwen Inc. (MUX) reported drilling results from the Goliath project, a pre-resource exploration target where drilling serves as the core thesis. The reported holes support continuity and demonstrate a broad mineralized system. However, the best new intercept is materially lower grade than the Surebet anchor on a gold-only basis and roughly half the anchor on AuEq. The results do not open a new zone and do not materially expand the claimed footprint with quantified distances.

The results are best viewed as an in-line confirmation hole in a known area. If the market has already priced Goliath on repeated high-grade Surebet intercepts, this release could underwhelm; without Goliath-specific price data, that expectation cannot be tested. The provided price series belongs to McEwen Inc., not Goliath Resources.

Company Overview

Goliath Resources Limited is a precious metals explorer focused on the Golddigger Property in the Golden Triangle, British Columbia. The property is 100% owned and covers 91,518 hectares, controlling 56 km of the Red Line geologic trend. The Surebet Discovery comprises five modelled stacked zones — Bonanza, Surebet, Golden Gate, Whopper, and Eldorado — with 46 gold-rich lodes/veins and Eocene-aged dykes. Historical best holes include GD-23-157 at 21.08 g/t AuEq over 23 m and GD-24-260 at 34.52 g/t AuEq over 39 m.

The company is fully funded for a ~50,000 m 2026 drill program with seven rigs. Strategic shareholders include Crescat Capital, McEwen Inc., Rob McEwen, Eric Sprott, and others. No Goliath-specific financial statements, investor presentation, or transcript were provided; the provided financial statements, MD&A, presentation, and transcript are for McEwen Inc., not Goliath Resources.
