Dios Private Placement
Dios secures $600,000 to drill the extended Heberto gold zone near the Eleonore deposit.

Dios Exploration Inc. announced a non-brokered private placement of up to $600,005. The company will issue 17,143,000 flow-through common shares at $0.035 per unit. Each unit includes a half-warrant, totaling one whole warrant per unit, exercisable at $0.05 per share for a two-year term. Proceeds are strictly designated for diamond drilling on the Heberto-Gold extents of the wholly-owned Au33 property in James Bay, Quebec. The release references historical drill results indicating the Heberto system remains open in strike extent towards Bonano anomalies.
Dios Exploration Inc. (DOS) has secured incremental financing, a move widely anticipated for a cash-burning junior explorer in the active drilling phase. The shares were issued at $0.035, a price that sits slightly above the recent trading range of $0.02 to $0.03, offering a minor premium.
The transaction results in approximately 13.5% dilution on the current share count of ~126.5 million shares. While this level of dilution is standard for this stage of development, it remains a persistent factor in value erosion. The capital raised directly funds the next exploration phase, specifically to test the newly extended 900-meter footprint announced on October 14, 2026.
This funding represents a standard operational mechanism with no material change to the company's fundamental outlook, valuation, or risk profile.
Dios Exploration Inc. (DOS) is a junior gold explorer focused on the Au33 property in James Bay, Quebec. Its flagship project is the Heberto Gold system, located 50 km south of the world-class Eleonore mine and 20 km west of the Clearwater deposit. The property covers a 5x8 km area characterized by highly anomalous gold in outcrop, till, and soil. The geological setting involves the Mitsumis batholith with younger intrusive plugs interpreted as conduits for gold-bearing fluids. Drilling targets shallow-dipping, potassic-altered shear zones that management notes may eventually be amenable to small open-pit mining.
