Goldstorm Metals Discovers Gold-Silver Mineralization over a 407.55-Meter (m) Length in Preliminary Drilling at the Crown Property on Trend with KSM and Treaty Creek Deposits, in British Columbia's Golden Triangle

Goldstorm reports 407 metres at 0.39 g/t AuEq, including 0.11 g/t gold, at the Big Rock project.

Executive Summary

Goldstorm Metals Corp. (GSTM) has released assay results for the first three holes of a completed 7-hole, 4,155.5 m Phase I diamond program on its 100%-owned Crown property in the Golden Triangle, British Columbia. Four holes remain pending.

The results include significant intercepts from hole OR-26-03, which returned 407.55 m from 114.45 m to 522.0 m averaging 0.39 g/t AuEq, 0.11 g/t Au, and 18.3 g/t Ag. Nested sub-intervals within this hole include 300.0 m at 0.43 g/t AuEq (222.0–522.0 m); 79.5 m at 0.77 g/t AuEq (222.0–301.5 m); 25.5 m at 1.97 g/t AuEq (222.0–247.5 m); and 15.0 m at 2.89 g/t AuEq (222.0–237.0 m), which represents the highest-grade sub-interval. Separately, the hole also returned 6.0 m at 1.63 g/t AuEq (474.0–480.0 m) and 3.0 m at 1.15 g/t AuEq / 1.09 g/t Au (502.5–505.5 m).

Hole OR-26-02 intersected 13.9 m from 325.1 m to 339.0 m averaging 0.80 g/t AuEq, 0.02 g/t Au, and 51.5 g/t Ag. This interval includes 7.05 m at 1.30 g/t AuEq and 3.7 m at 2.07 g/t AuEq (Ag 135.5 g/t). Hole OR-26-01 returned no significant values and was lost after encountering a large void at 98 m.

Both mineralized holes were collared from the same location, Pad A (422736E / 6247732N / 1586 m elevation). OR-26-02 was drilled at an azimuth of 75/dip -60, while OR-26-03 was drilled at an azimuth of 255/dip -65, indicating roughly opposite directions from a single setup.

The host rock consists of highly silicified, brecciated rhyolitic-dacitic volcanic flows and tuffs along the western edge of a N-S high-chargeability IP anomaly, containing base-metal sulphides, acanthite (Ag sulphide), and gold. No true widths are provided, and the mineralization is described as "open in all directions."

AuEq is calculated as Au + [Ag x (Ag price/Au price) x (Ag recovery/Au recovery)], using a metal ratio of 66. Both metals are assumed to have an 85% recovery, based on no Crown metallurgical testwork.

Material Impact

Goldstorm Metals Corp. (GSTM) is a pre-resource grassroots explorer with no established resource, preliminary economic assessment, or revenue, carrying a market capitalization of approximately C$21 million. The absence of defined width, cutoff, continuity, and metallurgy represents the standard baseline for a pre-discovery project and does not constitute a downgrade in itself. As this marks the first-ever drilling on the property, any mineralized intercept provides genuinely new information.

The Crown/Copernicus target contains a large volume of low-grade, silver-dominant mineralization that is continuous over hundreds of metres in a single hole. This mineralization is hosted in silicified volcanics with a narrow, higher-grade silver-rich core, supporting the existence of a large hydrothermal system. However, the results do not support a porphyry copper-gold thesis. There is no copper grade reported, and gold grades are low at 0.11 g/t (0.02 g/t in hole OR-26-02). No economic grade is visible in either the 407 m envelope or the 15 m core at this stage. While the scale is larger than a single anomaly, it does not alter the economic outlook.

These results serve as the first drill intercept for the Crown zone, meaning there is no prior drill data on the same zone to serve as an anchor. The relevant pre-drill benchmark comes from surface grab samples collected on October 15, 2026, which showed high-grade potential: up to 155.76 g/t Au at High North; 40 g/t Au at Delta West; and 409 g/t Ag / 8.02% Cu at Mackie West. The current drill results are significantly lower in grade than those grab samples and contain no copper. Consequently, the results neither beat nor embed a prior drill anchor.

The stock is currently trading at the bottom of its recent range at C$0.15, compared to a high of C$0.28 in March 2026 and lows of C$0.14 in December 2025 and October 2026. This pricing suggests the market has not pre-paid for a discovery. The release modestly advances the narrative of a large system but does not change the odds of an economic discovery or confirm a copper thesis. The result is characterized by real scale but trivial grade and no primary-metal substance. The four pending holes are expected to be the primary test for the project.

Company Overview

Goldstorm Metals Corp. (TSXV: GSTM; FSE: B2U; OTC: GSTMF) is a precious- and base-metals explorer operating in British Columbia’s Golden Triangle. The company currently has no revenue, resource, or production. It holds approximately 16,000 hectares of crown property, which is 100% owned and located about 45 kilometers from Stewart, BC. The property sits directly south of Seabridge’s KSM and Newmont’s Brucejack/VOK operations. Targets on the crown property include the Copernicus/Orion Spine porphyry, which features a 1.2 km IP chargeability anomaly; the high-grade gold-silver EFD trend, comprising the Electrum, Fairweather, and Delta prospects; and the Delta West shear-hosted gold discovery. This release covers the first drill test of the Copernicus/Orion area.

The company also owns the Electrum property, comprising approximately 650 hectares that are 100% owned and road accessible. Located between Brucejack and the past-producing Silbak Premier, the property contains historic high-grade gold-silver intercepts and surface samples. Recent activity includes 2025 holes such as 2.10 g/t Au / 944 g/t Ag over 0.5 m at East Gold.

As of April 30, 2026, Goldstorm’s capital structure consisted of 142,217,482 shares issued, 10,050,000 options, and 14,978,663 warrants at C$0.30, which were out of the money at C$0.15. The fully diluted share count stood at approximately 167.4 million.

In the prior period ending March 31, 2026, the company reported a net loss of C$1,008,627 and held cash of C$861,351. The company had zero debt. A C$7.0 million non-brokered placement, priced at HD C$0.20, FT C$0.24, and charity FT C$0.31, closed on April 30, 2026. Additionally, an accelerated warrant exercise raised C$1.27 million in January 2026.
