Arya Resources Completes Early Exercise of Wedge Lake Option and Acquires 100% Interest
Arya secures 100% title to the Wedge Lake project while maintaining its existing royalty agreement.

Arya Resources Ltd. (RBZ) has completed the early exercise of its option to acquire a 100% interest in the Wedge Lake Gold Project. The transaction consideration consists of $30,000 in cash and the issuance of 500,000 common shares to North-Sask Ventures Ltd.
North-Sask retains a 2.5% Net Smelter Returns (NSR) royalty. Arya holds the right to purchase 1.0% of that royalty for $1,000,000 prior to specific milestones. The 500,000 issued shares carry a statutory hold period of four months and one day.
Arya Resources Ltd. (RBZ) incurred a negligible financial impact from the transaction, involving a $30,000 cash outlay and the issuance of 500,000 shares, representing approximately 1.3% dilution. These figures are immaterial to the company's balance sheet and capital structure.
The move is considered expected and routine, as the option was originally granted in October 2022 and amended in June 2025. The early exercise aligns with the company's aggressive exploration timeline following successful Phase 2 drilling.
The royalty burden remains unchanged, with the 2.5% NSR staying with North-Sask. The $1,000,000 buydown option remains unexercised, which preserves current cash but leaves a future cash liability if milestones are met.
Market reaction suggests the milestone was likely priced in given prior drilling success and financing rounds. There is no fundamental shift in the project's risk profile or valuation drivers.
Arya Resources Ltd. (formerly Rebel Capital Inc.) is a mineral exploration company focused on the La Ronge Gold Belt in Saskatchewan. Its flagship asset is the Wedge Lake Gold Project, a large land package hosting multiple zones including the Twin Zone, T-6 Zone, and the newly discovered Triplet Zone.
Exploration drilling commenced in September 2025. Early results highlighted high-grade quartz-vein mineralization in the T-6 Zone, including 21.59 g/t Au over 5.84 m, and broad, high-grade iron-formation hosted gold in the Twin Zone, such as 3.86 g/t Au over 44.0 m.
The Phase 2 Winter 2026 program achieved a 100% success rate across six holes. This work confirmed the Triplet Zone discovery, located approximately 1,000 m west of the Twin Zone, with intercepts of 6.05 g/t Au over 10.85 m. The program also highlighted widespread silver and elevated scandium grades, suggesting a polymetallic system.
Arya also holds the Dunlop Nickel-Copper-Cobalt Project, also in Saskatchewan, which is targeted for future exploration.
