CBLT Announces Additional Business Venture
CBLT raised $50,000 at $0.05 per share, a move that fails to address its severe liquidity crunch and ongoing going concern risk.

CBLT Inc. announced a non-brokered private financing of $50,000 CAD, restricted to existing shareholders via a prospectus exemption with a $15,000 purchase limit per shareholder. The closing is subject to regulatory approval.
Units were priced at $0.05, each comprising one common share and one full six-cent warrant exercisable for 24 months. Proceeds from the financing are allocated to working capital.
The company is also launching a third-party investor education and marketing program, referred to as "The Program," where CBLT acts as the exclusive agent for cash account management. CBLT holds no ownership interest in the program and will be compensated for its agency role.
CBLT Inc. (CBLT) raised $50,000, an amount immaterial relative to its $464,109 in current liabilities and $370,746 working capital deficiency. The transaction provides minimal runway and does not address the company’s fundamental going concern warning or lack of revenue.
The capital was raised through an investor education program, a marketing initiative that generates no direct revenue or strategic value for the underlying mining assets. The shares were issued at the current market price of $0.05, a move dilutive to existing shareholders. The raise has no material impact on the stock price or long-term viability, reflecting a routine stopgap measure for the distressed explorer.
CBLT Inc. holds multiple mineral exploration properties across Canada, including Big Duck Lake, Shatford Lake, Copper Prince, Falcon Gold, Cape Victoria, and Mikayla. Exploration and evaluation activities have been heavily constrained by environmental, personnel, and regulatory permitting issues. Minimal exploration spend occurred during the trailing nine-month period:
- $5,000 on Big Duck Lake
- $5,000 on Shatford Lake
- $1,220 on Copper Prince
- $190 on Falcon Gold
The company has generated zero revenue to date.
