SAGA Metals Reports Assays from R-0055 to R-0057 with Intercepts Including 53.72% Fe2O3, 8.24% TiO2, 0.377% V2O5 from 2026 Drilling at Radar Critical Minerals Project in Labrador

Saga reports routine infill results at the Radar Ti-V-Fe deposit, with consistent grades ahead of the maiden resource estimate.

Executive Summary

Saga Metals Corp. (SAGA) has released assay results from three diamond drill holes—R-0055, R-0056, and R-0057—at the Trapper South zone of its Radar Ti-V-Fe Project in Labrador. The reported intercepts include 97.6 m @ 43.54% Fe₂O₃, 6.62% TiO₂, 0.277% V₂O₅ for R-0055; 87.3 m @ 33.39% Fe₂O₃, 4.65% TiO₂, 0.207% V₂O₅ for R-0056; and 101.7 m @ 38.65% Fe₂O₃, 5.60% TiO₂, 0.249% V₂O₅ for R-0057. Higher-grade sub-intervals within these holes reached up to 19.6 m @ 8.24% TiO₂ and 0.377% V₂O₅.

The company’s maiden Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) drill program has now assayed 50 holes, with 71 holes completed for a total of 18,641 m. The program is expected to wrap up within a few weeks.

Material Impact

Saga Metals Corp. (SAGA) continues to advance its Radar Project, which is currently in the advanced exploration stage and rapidly approaching a maiden mineral resource estimate. The company released three incremental infill assay holes that do not expand the known mineralization footprint, uncover a new zone, or materially change the expected resource tonnage or grade.

The market has already priced in a large, continuous vanadium-titanium-magnetite (VTM) system with similar grades based on earlier, more spectacular intercepts, such as R-0009, which returned 87.2 meters at 10.15% TiO₂. The stock’s decline from January highs of $0.88 to $0.41 signals that routine drill results are not sufficient to provide a catalyst. No metallurgical, economic, or resource update was contained in the release.

Its core asset is the 100%-owned Radar Ti-V-Fe project, covering 24,175 hectares, which hosts a greater than 20-kilometer oxide layering trend within the Dykes River Intrusive Complex. The project is currently undergoing a large drill campaign aimed at defining a maiden resource.

Other assets in the portfolio include the Wolverine heavy rare earth element project, acquired in 2026, as well as the Double Mer uranium project, the Legacy lithium project in James Bay, and the Garneau titanium project. The company has no revenue and relies on equity financings.
