SAGA Metals Hosts 'The Northern Miner' in Labrador Showcasing the Radar Ti-V-Fe and Wolverine Heavy REE Projects in Consecutive Site Visits
Saga reported no new assay results or intercepts, offering no additional value to its ongoing exploration program.

Saga Metals Corp. (SAGA) announced that The Northern Miner’s Blair McBride completed a combined site visit to the company’s two Labrador projects, resulting in two articles published on September 4 and September 16, 2026, along with a helicopter video. SAGA stated it did not pay for the editorial features. The release contains no new assay data; all technical figures were previously disclosed in R-0064 and R-0065 (August 17 and September 10 releases), R-0072 (September 15 release), and the Wolverine 2025 RC results (first released April 14, 2026, and restated repeatedly).
Radar intercepts restated in the release include: - R-0064: 187.0 m @ 41.61% Fe₂O₃, 6.07% TiO₂, 0.280% V₂O₅ - R-0065: 128.0 m @ 46.11% Fe₂O₃, 6.79% TiO₂, 0.326% V₂O₅, including 65.8 m @ 49.48% Fe₂O₃, 7.24% TiO₂, 0.373% V₂O₅ - R-0072: 470 m @ 36.72% Fe₂O₃, 5.40% TiO₂, 0.245% V₂O, including 69.2 m @ 51.03% Fe₂O₃, 8.55% TiO₂, 0.334% V₂O₅, "ending in mineralization"
Regarding the Radar corporate and technical status, the company reports a 22,000+ m program is complete, with approximately 29 km² of oxide-bearing lopolith identified within the 160 km² Dykes River Intrusive Complex. A maiden NI 43-101 Mineral Resource Estimate by GeoGlobal is due in Q4 2026. RCL bench recoveries are reported at up to 90.8% Ti, 97.4% V, and 91.5% Fe.
Wolverine updates restated that W26-001 reached 182 m and "cut 169 m of the prospective REE-bearing unit," while W26-002 is complete. 2025 RC holes include WOLRC25-003 (48.8 m @ 0.77% TREO incl. 18.3 m @ 1.06%) and WOLRC25-006 (38.1 m @ 0.71% TREO incl. 4.6 m @ 1.53%, with a 1.5-3 m interval at 2.03% TREO). HREO constitutes 24-28% of TREO, and surface grab samples have returned up to 21.6% TREO. The company holds nine licences covering approximately 294.5 km².

Saga Metals Corp. (SAGA) is a pre-resource explorer with no revenue and five projects, carrying an estimated market capitalization of approximately C$40M. At this valuation, the equity is priced on the odds of a maiden resource and news flow rather than cash flow.
The company’s recent release contained no new assays, widths, metallurgy, or resource data, serving instead as a media recap. The stock peaked at C$0.88 on January 28, 2026, following high-grade holes at Trapper North, and has since formed a sequence of lower highs: C$0.76 in February, C$0.73 in April, C$0.71 in May, C$0.62 in June, and C$0.54 in August. The share is currently trading at C$0.41, roughly 53% below its 52-week high and in the bottom quartile of the 52-week range. The previous substantive release, R-0072 (a 470 m hole), moved the stock only from C$0.35 to C$0.40, after which the price stabilized. The market does not appear to be paying for repetition of the January discovery or the September step-outs.
The 470 m interval at 36.72% Fe₂O₃ represents the longest core interval reported at Radar. However, its high-grade sub-interval does not exceed previously demonstrated best sub-intervals. The specific intercepts are as follows:
- 69.2 m @ 51.03% Fe₂O₃, 8.55% TiO₂, 0.334% V₂O₅
- R-0039: 52.1 m @ 58.15% Fe₂O₃, 7.68% TiO₂, 0.459% V₂O₅
- R-0066: 23.3 m @ 52.52% Fe₂O₃, 7.58% TiO₂, 0.428% V₂O₅
While length increased, grade did not.
Financially, Saga reported a Q1-2026 net loss of C$1.00M, an operating cash outflow of C$1.78M, and cash holdings of C$1.96M as of October 31, 2025. Total equity stood at C$7.75M, with a book value of C$0.14 per share on 56.28M shares. This treasury was subsequently replenished by a C$6.0M LIFE offering in December 2025, C$3.42M in warrant exercises, and an oversubscribed C$10.24M flow-through placement in May 2026. The company has drilled 22,432 m in roughly eight months.
Saga Metals Corp. (TSXV: SAGA; OTCQX: SAGMF; FSE: 20H) is a pre-revenue North American critical-minerals explorer headquartered in Vancouver, run by CEO Mike Stier and CGO Michael Garagan.
The company’s primary value driver is the Radar Ti-V-Fe property, a 100% interest covering 24,175 hectares approximately 10 km south of Cartwright, Labrador. This area encloses the entire ~160 km² Dykes River Intrusive Complex, where a ~29 km² oxide-bearing lopolith hosts the Trapper, Falcon, and Hawkeye zones. To date, 24,641 m have been drilled across the Hawkeye and Trapper zones, including 22,432 m in the maiden MRE program across 85 holes. The property features road access on Route 510, a deep-water port, a regional airport, and nearby hydroelectricity. A maiden MRE is due in Q4 2026, followed by a PEA in Q1 2027.
