StrikePoint Announces Final Results of Drilling at Hercules Gold Project, H26005 Cut 67.06m Grading 0.53 g/t Au and 11.69 g/t Ag Including 7.62m of 2.93 g/t Au with 54.48 g/t Ag

Strikepoint’s final Hercules drilling extended the oxide gold zone without surpassing the prior best hole, keeping grades within the exploration target range.

Executive Summary

Strikepoint Gold Inc. (SKP) announced the final batch of assay results from its Spring 2026 29-hole reverse circulation program at the Hercules Gold Project in Nevada. The most significant intercept came from hole H26005 at the SW Cliffs target, which returned 67.06 meters at 0.53 grams per tonne gold and 11.69 grams per tonne silver, including a higher-grade interval of 7.62 meters at 2.93 grams per tonne gold and 54.48 grams per tonne silver, starting from 118.87 meters downhole.

The same hole also yielded three additional lower-grade intervals totaling more than 44 meters at 0.18 to 0.20 grams per tonne gold, bringing the total reported mineralization in that hole to over 100 meters. Other holes delivered modest intercepts, including H26007 at the Loaves target with 13.72 meters at 0.25 grams per tonne gold, and H26009 with 9.14 meters at 0.42 grams per tonne gold. Hole H26010 returned 6.1 meters at 0.28 grams per tonne gold and a 3.05-meter interval at 1.04 grams per tonne gold. Additional results included H26018 with 7.62 meters at 1.28 grams per tonne gold, H26022 with 1.52 meters at 3.74 grams per tonne gold, and H26029 with 38.10 meters at 0.32 grams per tonne gold.

The release reiterates that mineralization is predominantly oxide and suitable for a potential future heap-leach operation, noting that the SW Cliffs target remains open.

Material Impact

StrikePoint Gold Inc. (SKP) is a pre-revenue explorer currently working with an exploration target rather than a defined resource. The company’s primary objective is to use drilling to convert this target into a maiden inferred resource, with the long-term goal of defining a heap-leach mine.

The latest news represents the final batch of results from a program where the strongest performance was already reported. Hole H26-004 returned 114.3 m @ 0.69 g/t Au. The new data from hole H26005 serves as an incremental step-out but does not constitute a discovery, nor does it upgrade the overall grade-thickness picture beyond what the market already knew.

Market reaction to the earlier "best hole" news in May 2026 saw the stock fail to hold gains, falling from approximately $0.21 to between $0.13 and $0.14 by late June. The share price recovered modestly to between $0.19 and $0.20 just prior to this release. There is no evidence that these final results provide a catalyst that would materially re-rate the equity.

With a going-concern warning and only $2.18 million in cash at the end of Q1 2026, the company must raise additional capital. Drill results that merely confirm the exploration target range do not alleviate this financial risk.

Company Overview

Strikepoint Gold Inc. (SKP) is a junior explorer focused on open-pit heap-leachable gold projects in Nevada. The company’s flagship asset is the Hercules Gold Project, a 100 km² property with a conceptual exploration target of 819,000 to 1,018,000 ounces of gold at grades of 0.48 to 0.63 g/t. This target is not a mineral resource. The company recently completed a 29-hole reverse circulation drilling program at the site.

Strikepoint also holds the Cuprite Gold Project, for which no resource has been defined. Additionally, the company acquired 51 unpatented claims in the Como Mining District from a Newmont subsidiary. The acquisition was structured with staged cash payments and a 1.5% net smelter return (NSR).

Strikepoint has no revenue and reported cash of $2.18 million as of March 31, 2026. The company issued an explicit going-concern warning. Its market capitalization is approximately C$11.9 million, with notable shareholders including Eric Sprott and company management.
