Evidence-based information about benefits, dosage use, adverse effects and drug interactions will be incorporated into the site as the company rolls out its NaraCare.AI platform in the fourth quarter of 2025. Warrant financing update The company also provides an update regarding the 7.5 million share purchase warrants issued by the company on or about Jan. 10, 2025, which warrants are exercisable for 13 cents per share and set to expire on Aug. 25, 2025, as previously announced on July 25, 2025. To date, warrantholders have exercised 6,676,406 warrants, resulting in warrant exercise proceeds of $867,932.
