Dios Has Completed $250,000 of Private Placements
Dios secures partial $600,000 financing to advance its drilling program at the Quebec gold project.

Dios Exploration Inc. (DOS) announced the completion of a $250,000 tranche of its previously announced $600,000 non-brokered private placement. The latest tranche raised an additional $50,000.02, bringing cumulative proceeds to $250,000.03.
The company issued 1,428,572 units at $0.035 per unit. Each unit comprises one flow-through common share and one and a half warrants. Warrants carry a $0.05 exercise price and a two-year term. Common shares and warrants are subject to a four-month and one-day hold period, expiring March 4, 2027. A 7% cash finder's fee and 100,000 finder's warrants were issued.
Proceeds are designated for diamond drilling for gold, copper, and zinc on road-accessible properties in Quebec. The placement remains subject to final TSX Venture Exchange approval.
Dios Exploration Inc. (DOS) has announced the partial completion of a previously disclosed financing round, providing incremental working capital to support ongoing exploration activities. The placement price was set at $0.035, a premium to the company’s current trading price of $0.02, which may offer short-term price support. However, the issuance of new shares and warrants introduces dilution, presenting a structural headwind for the company.
The funding secured covers only a fraction of the company's cash burn and exploration requirements. Management must still raise the remaining $350,000 to meet the financing target, indicating continued reliance on external capital. This announcement serves as a routine follow-up to releases issued on October 20 and October 28, confirming the execution of the financing plan without introducing new strategic shifts, operational breakthroughs, or material changes to the exploration timeline.
Dios Exploration Inc. (DOS) is an exploration-stage gold company focused on the Au33 property in James Bay, Quebec. The project’s flagship asset is the Heberto Gold zone, located within a 5x8 km area characterized by highly anomalous gold in outcrop, till, and soil samples.
The property is situated 50 km south of the Eleonore world-class gold mine and 20 km west of the Clearwater gold deposit. It is year-round road accessible and adjacent to the Eastmain1 hydropower Bernard-Landry facilities. Exploration targets include near-surface, shallow-dipping gold zones hosted in potassic-altered shear zones, with potential for small open-pit mining geometry.
