Centurion to Resume Trading and Provides Update on Option to Acquire the Brothers Gold Project, Suriname

Centurion Minerals Ltd. (TSXV: CTN) announced that trading in its common shares will resume on the TSX Venture Exchange on November 5, 2026, following a trading halt. The company provided an update on its proposed acquisition of an 80% interest in the entity holding the 9,600-hectare Brothers Gold Project in Suriname, noting that a NI 43-101 Technical Report has been submitted to the TSXV for review as a "Fundamental Acquisition."
The proposed transaction involves an 80% interest in the company holding a 100% interest in the Brothers Gold Project. The asset is located in eastern Suriname, approximately 15 km from the former Newmont Esperance deposit and 40 km south of Newmont's Merian Mine. Centurion Minerals executed a Letter of Intent Option Agreement (LOI) on August 24, 2026, and is currently finalizing a Definitive Agreement. The transaction remains subject to the satisfactory completion of due diligence, execution of a definitive binding Option Agreement, and acceptance by the TSXV.
The Brothers Project features three distinct geological domains analogous to productive settings on the Guiana Shield. At least three structural corridors hosting gold mineralization have been identified, with strike lengths up to 5 km in the "granitic domain." Exploration history includes rock-chip and soil sampling, airborne magnetics, LiDAR, trenching, and approximately 3,000 meters of historical drilling targeting a gold-mineralized shear zone.
Historical drill intercepts from the project include: * 10 m @ 1.8 g/t Au * 6 m @ 4.6 g/t Au * 8 m @ 2.4 g/t Au * 1 m @ 20.5 g/t Au
Only the granitic domain has had limited testing by trenching and drilling, while two additional domain types are largely underexplored. Dr. Dennis LaPoint, P.Geo., has reviewed and approved the technical content. The Company has not completed sufficient work to verify historical information on neighbouring properties.
"The Brothers Project benefits from a significant historical exploration database that includes rock-chip and soil sampling, airborne magnetics, LiDAR, trenching, and diamond drilling," the company stated. "An experienced local exploration team with long-standing knowledge of the Project is available to support accelerated exploration."
