Metalero Mining (MLO) Initiates Fall Exploration Program and Announces an Expansion of the Land Package at Benson
Metalero expands land and conducts early-stage soil sampling at the Benson advance copper-gold porphyry play.

Metalero Mining Corp. (MLO) has mobilized field crews to its Benson Project in British Columbia to begin systematic soil sampling at the Bollos and Pinnacle porphyry copper-gold targets. These prospects were identified by Geoscience BC's QUEST AI Project as high-potential porphyry anomalies that are structurally similar to the nearby Mount Polley Mine.
The company also approved a new mineral claim, #1138294, covering 7 km² west of the Cantin prospect. This acquisition expands the Benson land package to capture open-ended geochemical anomalies. The move follows previous 2025 programs that generated copper and gold soil anomalies covering 23 km² and 5 km² at the Cantin and Sundberg targets, respectively.

Metalero Mining Corp. (MLO) is an early-stage exploration company focused on copper, gold, and silver projects in British Columbia, Canada, and Bolivia. Its flagship asset is the Benson Copper-Gold Project, located in the Quesnel Trough of BC. The land package covers 173 km² and has been expanded to 180 km² with the latest claim, hosting five AI-identified porphyry targets: Cantin, Sundberg, Chiaz, Bollos, and Pinnacle.
The company also holds the San Cristobal East and South projects in Bolivia, totaling 230 km² and located adjacent to the major San Cristobal silver-lead-zinc mine. Metalero is currently in the grassroots exploration phase, relying on soil sampling, geophysics, and historical data analysis to identify targets. No internal mineral resources or reserves have been disclosed.
