Revival Gold Intersects 8.4 g/t Gold over 6.2 Meters and 8.5 g/t Gold over 3.4 Meters Supporting Overall Continuity of Mineralization at the Beartrack-Arnett Joss Target

Revival confirms grade continuity at Joss wedge holes without adding new scale to the deposit.

Executive Summary

Revival Gold Inc. (RVG) released results from two wedge (daughter) holes drilled at the Joss target within the Beartrack-Arnett project in Idaho, providing context for the completed 2026 Joss program.

Wedge hole BT26-254DW, offset 12-22 m from primary hole BT26-254D, returned 2.2 g/t Au over 49.5 m drilled width at 799 m downhole, including 8.4 g/t Au over 6.2 m drilled width at 828 m downhole. Wedge hole BT26-255DW, offset 21-69 m from primary hole BT26-255D, returned 7.9 g/t Au over 2.2 m drilled width at 484 m downhole, and 4.3 g/t Au over 21.6 m drilled width at 551 m downhole, including 8.5 g/t Au over 3.4 m drilled width at 555 m downhole.

Previously reported primary holes were re-quoted for context rather than newly assayed. Primary hole BT26-254D returned 2.37 g/t over 147.2 m including 14.9 g/t over 5.9 m, while BT26-255D returned 3.43 g/t over 131.7 m including 6.56 g/t over 42.5 m.

All five primary holes and three wedge holes completed in 2026 at Joss intersected the Panther Creek Shear Zone (PCSZ). Only two of the three wedges are given assays in this release.

The stated deposit geometry features approximately 1.2 km of mineralized strike, with higher-grade (+2 g/t) zones having horizontal true widths of 2-20 m within a lower-grade halo of 5-70 m true width. The deposit is described as open along strike and at depth.

Joss hosts an underground sulphide Inferred Mineral Resource of 6,745,000 t @ 4.05 g/t = 877,000 oz Au, which is not included in the 2023 first-phase open-pit heap-leach PFS economics.

Forward actions include updating geological models and contracting EngComp Engineering for underground mining approach and cost advice. SGS Lakefield has been contracted for a further phase of metallurgy on higher-grade Joss material, and core logging and storage facilities have been expanded. Results are expected in the early new year.

The detailed results table (with from/to depths) is presented only as an image link; grades/widths above are taken from the release highlights.

Material Impact

Revival Gold Inc. (RVG) is an explorer and developer with no revenue and a market capitalization of approximately C$228 million, based on 321.1 million basic shares at C$0.71. The company’s prior-period financials, not disclosed in today’s release, showed a net loss of $16.7 million for the nine months ended March 31, 2026, compared to $5.8 million a year earlier, with an operating cash outflow of approximately $15.7 million over the same period. Cash stood at $12.8 million at March 31, 2026, following a $28.6 million financing. The presentation stated C$25.3 million in cash at August 31, 2026, and a further $33.0 million raise closed in May 2026. The company is funded by equity and will need more capital.

The market’s expectation anchor was set by result BT26-255D, which returned 3.43 g/t over 131.7 m (451.7 g.m drilled, approximately 214 g.m true), published on August 4, 2026. The stock price was C$0.66 on July 31, 2026, before the release, rising to C$0.77 on the day and peaking at C$0.97 on August 21, 2026. It has since round-tripped to C$0.71 on October 6, 2026, returning to the pre-release level and near the low end of the 52-week range.

The new wedges carry 108.9 and 92.9 g.m drilled versus 348.9 and 451.7 g.m for the parent holes, representing roughly one-quarter to one-third of the parent metrics. On true width, the wedges measured approximately 52 and 44 g.m versus approximately 166 and 214 g.m for the parents. The grades are comparable to better, with 2.2 g/t and 2.37 g/t versus 4.3 g/t and 3.43 g/t. The primary difference is length; in a sub-vertical system, interval length varies with collar position and hole orientation, making raw metreage a weak comparator.

The results improve confidence in the structural continuity of the Joss underground system and de-risk the geological input to the EngComp underground study and a future resource update. The perceived scale, grade, and resource remain unchanged, with the 877 koz Inferred resource at 6.745 Mt @ 4.05 g/t remaining static.

Company Overview

Revival Gold Inc. (TSXV: RVG; OTCQX: RVLGF), a Toronto-headquartered company with a US exploration and development office in Salmon, Idaho, describes itself as one of the largest pure-play US gold mine developers. The company’s portfolio includes the Mercur Gold Project in Tooele and Utah Counties, Utah, covering approximately 7,200 hectares and located 57 km from Salt Lake City. Mercur is currently in the 2025 PEA stage, with a Preliminary Feasibility Study (PFS) targeted for Q1 2027. Permitting is estimated to take approximately two years, with a construction decision targeted for 2028 and first production aimed for 2029.

The 2025 PEA for Mercur outlines an Indicated resource of 35.3 million tonnes at 0.66 g/t for 746,000 ounces, and an Inferred resource of 36.2 million tonnes at 0.54 g/t for 626,000 ounces, totaling approximately 1.372 million ounces. The project economics assume a 10-year life with production of approximately 95,600 ounces per year. Capital expenditure is estimated at approximately $208 million, with an All-In Sustaining Cost (AISC) of C$1,363–1,385 per ounce. At a gold price of $3,000 per ounce, the project yields an after-tax Net Present Value (NPV) of approximately $741–752 million and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of approximately 56–57%. The plan assumes an average gold recovery of 75% via heap leach at a throughput of 18,100 tonnes per day.

In Lemhi County, Idaho, the Beartrack-Arnett project features a 2023 PFS for Phase 1, an open-pit heap-leach restart. Proven and Probable (P+P) reserves stand at 36.2 million tonnes at 0.74 g/t for 859,000 ounces. Phase 1 is projected to produce approximately 65,300 ounces per year over eight years, with pre-production capital expenditure of approximately $109 million and an AISC of approximately $1,248 per ounce. At $3,000 per ounce, the after-tax NPV is approximately $484 million with an IRR of approximately 80%, based on company-stated and investor-deck figures.

The Joss deposit represents the Phase 2 underground concept within Beartrack-Arnett. It contains an Inferred resource of 6.745 million tonnes at 4.05 g/t for 877,000 ounces. This resource is explicitly not included in the 2023 PFS economics. Infrastructure for Mercur includes paved road access, a 43.8 kV grid connection with a substation, and a tested water well producing 750 gallons per minute against a requirement of approximately 500 gallons per minute. Beartrack-Arnett leverages an existing plant, roads, and a 69 kV powerline.

According to the investor deck dated September 16, 2026, Revival Gold has 321.1 million basic shares and 359.6 million fully diluted shares. The stated market capitalization is C$276 million at C$0.86 per share, equating to approximately C$228 million at C$0.71. The company held C$25.3 million in cash as of August 31, 2026, with a stated Price-to-NAV ratio of 0.15x at $3,000 per ounce.
