Homeland Assays Confirm Historical Drilled Uranium-Vanadium Grades at Cross Bones

Homeland’s Cross Bones historical core resample confirms low-grade uranium and vanadium, with no new drilling conducted at the deposit.

Executive Summary

Homeland Uranium Corp. (HLU) announced results from a 2025-2026 resampling program of historical BlueRock (2006-07) drill core at its Cross Bones uranium project in Colorado, which included check-sampling of selected historical intervals. The primary finding involved historical hole SC-07-06B, drilled by BlueRock in 2007, which returned 15.5 m @ 0.049% U3O8 and 0.135% V2O5 from 14.0-29.5 m near the surface. This hole had no assay data in the acquired database or on SEDARplus.

Check sampling of other historical holes broadly matched historical values. SC-06-01B returned 1.1 m @ 0.066% U3O8 (160.0-161.1 m) compared to a historical 1.0 m @ 0.047% U3O8. SC-06-02 returned 4.7 m @ 0.034% U3O8 (18.6-23.3 m) versus a historical 4.8 m @ 0.034% U3O8. SC-06-03 returned 1.7 m @ 0.035% U3O8 (74.8-76.5 m) against a historical 1.8 m @ 0.032% U3O8. SC-06-03A returned 3.6 m @ 0.031% U3O8 (89.1-92.7 m) compared to a historical 3.0 m @ 0.038% U3O8.

The company stated a compositing cut-off grade of 0.001% U3O8, noting that all intervals are drill-hole downhole lengths and true thickness is unknown. No fresh drilling was reported; the maiden 30-hole Cross Bones program, consisting of Phase I 4-6 holes, remains future work. Additionally, a separate 94-hole Ashland/Anschutz RCD dataset from 1977-1980 is considered unverifiable because cuttings were never found.

Material Impact

Homeland Uranium Corp. (HLU) released data confirming that its historical BlueRock database is broadly reproducible, though the findings do not alter the scale or grade economics of the project. The release surfaces one low-grade interval but adds no new tonnes, extends no zones, and does not change the resource story. There remains no NI 43-101 resource at Cross Bones, and the adjacent Coyote Basin historical resource, which contains 0.20% U3O8, remains non-current.

As a pre-resource grassroots explorer with a market capitalization of approximately C$11 million, no revenue, and a going-concern flag, Homeland Uranium is in an early stage of development.

The stock has round-tripped from C$0.52 in October 2025 to C$0.09-0.10 in October 2026, with a significant step-down occurring on April 30, 2026, following a Coyote Basin assay miss where all holes returned <= 30 ppm U. The market is currently pricing very little for Cross Bones, meaning the anchor is not embedded in the current valuation. However, these results are not materially better than what was already demonstrated; Cross Bones was already known to be mineralized from surface work, including grab samples up to 1,820 ppm U and East Ridge radiometrics, as well as a historical deposit footprint. A 0.049% U3O8 core composite does not exceed that prior bar but rather serializes it into assays.

Given these factors, the probability of a 15%+ market move is low, and the asymmetry is not compelling enough to be considered material.

Company Overview

Homeland Uranium Corp. (TSXV: HLU / OTCQB: HLUCF / FSE: D3U) is a US-focused uranium explorer that is the 100% owner of two projects on the NW Colorado Plateau: Cross Bones and Coyote Basin. The Cross Bones property comprises 853 BLM claims and three state leases covering approximately 16,596 acres. It hosts the historical Skull Creek/Cross Bones deposit within the Sego Sandstone of the Mesaverde Group, where two uranium-bearing horizons, an upper and a lower, have been identified. In 2026, the East Ridge showing was discovered, extending approximately 4.5 to 5 km along strike with a 500 m radiometric strike length. There is currently no NI 43-101 resource defined for this property.

The Coyote Basin project holds a historical resource from 1980 by Western Mining, which reported 35.4 million pounds of U3O8 and 17.7 million pounds of V2O5 at grades of 0.20% U3O8 and 0.10% V2O5 in 8.85 million short tons. This resource is not considered current. Phase II drilling at Coyote Basin, consisting of 33 holes totaling 5,423 meters, returned economically insignificant grades, with reported sample sets showing uranium levels of less than or equal to 30 ppm. Exploration at Coyote Basin has been placed on hold pending further anomaly and equilibrium work. The property is held at approximately 2,827.8 acres after non-core claims lapsed.

Management includes CEO Roger Lemaitre, formerly of UEX, VP of Exploration Nancy Normore, and CFO Joel Leonard. The company has stated a strategic vision of producing over 1 million pounds of U3O8 per year with a mine life of more than 10 years, though there is no study, resource, or mine plan currently behind this goal.

The company has 111,651,287 shares outstanding, along with 10.38 million options, RSUs, and DSUs, and 26.99 million warrants, resulting in a fully diluted share count of approximately 149.0 million. Insiders hold approximately 11.17% of the company, which has no debt.
