Argenta Silver Intersects 0.45 g/t Au and 0.19 % Cu over 46.0m at Gold-Copper target; 1,599 g/t Ag over 4.0m including 2,780 g/t Ag over 2.0m at Resource Expansion Drilling Area

Argenta’s high-grade silver step-out offsets weaker Carmen gold-copper results at its project.

Executive Summary

Argenta Silver Corp. (AGAG) has released the sixth batch of assay results from its 2025-2026 diamond drilling program at the 100%-owned El Quevar Project in Salta, Argentina. The results highlight two primary themes: a gold-copper step-out at the Carmen target and high-grade silver step-outs at the Yaxtché deposit, alongside historical core re-sampling.

At the Carmen target, hole QVD-465 extended 165 meters to an end-of-hole depth of 410 meters. The hole returned 0.45 g/t Au and 0.19% Cu over 46.0 m from 233.0 m. This interval includes 0.54 g/t Au and 0.22% Cu over 34.0 m, which further includes 1.28 g/t Au over 4.0 m from 258.0 m, and 1.71 g/t Au, 2.43% Cu, and 100 g/t Ag over 1.0 m from 267.0 m. The hole also intersected upper silver hits, including 152 g/t Ag over 2.0 m (185-187 m), 132 g/t Ag over 1.0 m (190-191 m), 7 g/t Ag over 6.0 m (209-215 m), and 66 g/t Ag over 2.0 m (220-222 m).

In the Yaxtché NW extension, hole QVD-475 extended 100 meters to an end-of-hole depth of 451 meters. It returned 1,599 g/t Ag over 4.0 m from 310.0 m, including 2,780 g/t Ag over 2.0 m. Deeper in the hole, results included 192 g/t Ag over 6.0 m from 389.0 m, which includes 259 g/t Ag over 2.0 m and 484 g/t Ag over 1.0 m.

In the Yaxtché SE extension, hole QVD-479 extended 130 meters to an end-of-hole depth of 347 meters. The hole returned 122 g/t Ag over 9.0 m from 145.0 m, including 553 g/t Ag over 1.0 m.

The company also reported results from a historical re-sampling program, which involved re-logging 171 historical holes and assaying 4,372.6 m of previously unassayed core. Assays were received for 85 holes, with highlights including 1,465 g/t Ag over 1.0 m (QVD-361), 501 g/t Ag over 3.0 m including 1,270 g/t Ag over 1.0 m (QVD-120), 224 g/t Ag over 5.0 m including 346 g/t Ag over 2.0 m (QVD-201), 454 g/t Ag over 2.0 m (QVD-169), and 374 g/t Ag over 2.0 m (QVD-100).

Since May 26, 2025, the program has advanced more than 27,500 m across 92 holes, with two rigs currently engaged in resource expansion. Argenta Silver stated that the Yaxtché footprint has grown by approximately 25% since May 2025. The company targets a Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) update for Q1-2027.

Material Impact

Argenta Silver Corp. (AGAG) is an advanced explorer with an existing 49.4 moz Ag resource, though it holds no reserves, has not completed an economic study (scheduled for ~Q4 2028), and generates no cash flow. At this stage, market-moving news typically requires a step-change in scale, a new discovery, or a resource or economic milestone, rather than another assay batch.

The stock is trading at C$0.43, near its 52-week low of C$0.42. This represents a decline of approximately 54% from the ~C$0.93 level seen in October 2025, a drop from ~C$0.51 following the July 6, 2026 QVD-469 release, and a decrease from the C$0.80 January placement price. The market has not priced in the recent high-grade results; the silver programme’s serial high-grade batches have coincided with a steady de-rating, meaning previous price anchors are not embedded bars that this release needed to clear.

The Carmen gold-copper content, grading 0.45 g/t Au and 0.19% Cu, is weaker than the January 21 discovery hole QVD-425, which returned 0.57 g/t Au and 0.58% Cu over 44 m. On the silver side, QVD-475 is a good-grade, narrow step-out consistent with the deposit. It is less than half the anchor's gram-metres but at a higher grade and further out. The upside test, which would require results materially better than anything previously demonstrated, is not met, so the event is not Material.

The result is a genuinely positive-grade but incremental batch, with the flagship new-trend hole delivering modest copper. There is no change to the scale, grade, or odds of the system, as the market has already been informed of the ~25% footprint expansion and the Carmen Au-Cu trend.

(TSXV: AGAG; OTCQX: AGAGF; FSE: T1K) is a silver exploration company whose flagship asset is the 100%-owned 57,000-hectare El Quevar Project in Salta Province, Argentina, acquired in October 2024. The deposit is a high- and intermediate-sulphidation epithermal silver system that remains open at depth and along strike.

According to an NI 43-101 resource estimate effective September 30, 2024, the Yaxtché deposit contains indicated resources of 45.3 moz Ag (2.93 Mt @ 482 g/t Ag) and inferred resources of 4.1 moz Ag (0.31 Mt @ 417 g/t Ag), totaling approximately 49.4 moz Ag, with roughly 90% classified as indicated. No reserves have been defined.

Infrastructure at the site includes more than 60 km of internal roads, a 100-person camp, and a 1,250 m underground decline. A railroad, gas pipeline, and service road are located approximately 3 to 4 km away, while a high-voltage line is situated about 20 km distant. The project operates under Argentina's 1993 Mining Investment Law, which provides 30-year fiscal stability.
