Gold Hart Copper Latest Diamond Drill Hole Returns Long Gold & Copper Porphyry-Style Mineralization Directly From Surface

Gold Hart reports first diamond assays of sub-0.25% CuEq and high-grade RC results of 0.3-0.9 g/t.

Executive Summary

Gold Hart Copper Corp. (HART) released results for the final diamond hole of its four-hole Tolita program, DDHTOL04, alongside reverse circulation (RC) data from a shallow high-grade trench target and corporate updates. DDHTOL04, measuring 551 meters, intersected gold and copper mineralization starting from surface for 108 meters at 0.21g/t AuEq, followed by another interval of 231 meters at 0.16g/t AuEq later in the hole. This represents over 340 meters of porphyry-style mineralization within the 551-meter hole. The release did not provide from/to depths, cutoff grades, true widths, or separate primary gold or copper grades for DDHTOL04, reporting only an AuEq figure.

CEO Isaac Maresky described DDHTOL04 as arguably the best diamond hole of the four drilled to date, citing its shallow start from surface and the fact that 60% of the hole contained mineralization. He noted that all four diamond holes returned intervals of 100 meters or more, with three of the four exceeding 300 meters, and stated that only 5% of the known Tolita anomaly has been drilled.

Results from RC holes targeting the high-grade trench included RCTOL01 with 8 meters at 0.63 g/t Au, including 2 meters at 1.25 g/t Au and 0.21% Cu; RCTOL02 with 13 meters at 0.38 g/t Au, including 3 meters at 1.14 g/t Au; RCTOL03 with 7 meters at 0.37 g/t Au, including 2 meters at 0.98 g/t Au; and RCTOL07 with 3 meters at 0.90 g/t Au. The trench itself grades 8.61g/t gold equivalent over 10 meters, including 8 meters at 10.41g/t gold equivalent. This includes 2 meters of 10.41g/t gold, 20g/t silver, and 2.88% copper, as well as grab samples of up to 45.75g/t gold, which equates to approximately 52g/t gold equivalent.

In corporate news, Gold Hart Copper Corp. reported continued progress on the Copioso pedimento, which is not yet finalized but has received additional court confirmations. The company also filed a new property application proximal to its existing portfolio. Management stated it has received interest from numerous potential partners and may consider collaboration or partnership opportunities.

Material Impact

Gold Hart Copper Corp. (HART) is a pre-resource grassroots explorer with no revenue and C$5.01 million in cash as of January 31, 2026. The company holds a working capital of C$3.81 million and recorded a net loss of C$1.78 million over the past nine months, operating entirely on equity funding. The investment thesis for this small-cap entity relies on the potential for a multi-hundred-metre porphyry system and a marketable shallow high-grade component.

From February to May 2026, the stock rose from approximately C$0.17 to C$0.42, driven by headlines describing a "kilometre-scale porphyry" without accompanying grades and persistent promotion of a high-grade trench. The company had previously described the trench, which returned 52 g/t gold, 8.61 g/t over 10m, and 2.88% Cu, as "the rare opportunity we need to test."

The latest release provides the first diamond assays, which show sub-0.25% CuEq, indicating marginal porphyry grade. Additionally, a reverse circulation (RC) program tested the 8.61-52 g/t trench and returned grades of 0.3-0.9 g/t Au, a fraction of the surface grade. This result disconfirms the single most anticipated near-term catalyst: proof of a high-grade shallow component.

The stock has already round-tripped from C$0.42 on May 20, 2026, to C$0.20 on September 30, 2026, near its 52-week low of C$0.17. The share price fell following the July 2 release of the first hole. The price has been declining for months, and this release provides the first hard evidence of lean grades and a high-grade target that did not drill, while removing the remaining near-term drill catalyst as this was the final hole.

The data point is negative and market-relevant. It does not eliminate the district-scale porphyry concept but materially damages the specific high-grade thesis management promoted over the past eight months. It also delays the evidence needed to convert length into tonnes.

Company Overview

Gold Hart Copper Corp. (TSXV: HART) is a pre-revenue explorer assembling a large, 100%-owned, royalty-free land position in Chile. The company’s portfolio sits where the Maricunga gold belt meets the Vicuña copper belt, and includes the Nessa complex on the Domeyko fault system.

The flagship Tolita property covers 3,476 hectares and hosts a Cu-Au-Ag-Mo porphyry system. It features a chargeability/IP anomaly of approximately 4.5 km², which has increased by roughly 76%, along with potassic alteration with depth. Historical surface grades averaged 0.21 g/t Au across 5,600 meters of trenching. A high-grade trench returned 8.61 g/t AuEq over 10 meters, with grab samples reaching up to approximately 52 g/t AuEq.

Other assets include Nessa, a 13,500-hectare property with historic Ag-Au-Cu pits and surface samples up to 9.7 g/t Au, 4.7% Cu, and 968 g/t Ag. The company also holds interests in Pingo, Manto Carolina, Toro (an epithermal Au-Ag deposit), Zelma, Casale Sur, and Cachitos. Additionally, Copioso is pending, which holds a historic, non-43-101 estimate of 40-50 million tonnes at 1.0-1.2% Cu and 0.5-1.0 g/t Au.

Corporate developments include the acquisition of Rhyolite Resources, which closed on June 29, 2026, for one share of HART for 2.6 shares of RYE. The company was funded by a C$18.61 million private placement at C$0.26 per share, which closed on March 16, 2026. Gold Hart Copper Corp. currently carries no debt and has no revenue.

Management includes CEO Isaac B. Maresky, VP Rodrigo Díaz Tillería, and EVP Jonathan A. Warner, a Qualified Person. Co-founder Dr. José Frutos is also part of the leadership team. The advisory board includes John R. Baird and, following the deal, Sean Roosen. Northfield Capital, represented by Robert Cudney, is a notable investor.
