CORRECTION FROM SOURCE: SLAM Reports 1.60% Copper Equivalent Over 14.45 Meters in Hole GW26-33; Trenching Gold-Antimony Targets on Moose Lake Project

SLAM Exploration Ltd. (SXL) has released drill results from hole GW26-33 at its Goodwin Project, identifying a 14.45m interval grading 1.60% Cu-Eq, including higher-grade sub-intervals. The company also highlighted a new massive sulphide discovery in hole GW26-36, located 2,000 meters northwest of the Logan Zone, with pending assay results for a broad mineralized zone.
Drill hole GW26-33 returned a total intercept of 14.45 meters grading 1.60% Cu-Eq. These intercepts are located below the Granges zone and include the following sub-intervals:
- 1.9 meters grading 3.48% Cu-Eq (from 33.15m to 35.05m).
- 4.9 meters grading 2.61% Cu-Eq (from 42.7m to 47.6m).
In hole GW26-36, the company intersected a broad mineralized zone from 124.4m to 191.8m hosted in coarse-grained gabbro. This interval contains several massive sulphide intervals at 126.5-128.6m, 140.7-142.0m, 142.35-142.4m, 144.5-144.7m, and 151.0-151.7m. Additionally, semi-massive zones were identified at 157.0-158.0m and 165.4-166.3m. Assay results for this hole are currently pending.
Operations also include ongoing trenching at the Moose Lake Gold-Antimony Project. Trenching is underway on the Skull gold-antimony occurrence, covering 8 trenches over a 250m strike length. Trenching has traced the Moose Lake gold-antimony zone over a 500m strike length. Preliminary observations indicate epithermal quartz breccia deposits with visible stibnite and arsenopyrite. Fourteen samples were collected from Skull and submitted to ALS for Multi-Element-ICP and Gold Fire-Assay-AA; assays are pending.
At the Goodwin Project, drilling resumed following a two-week maintenance break. The 2026 program total stands at 2,754 meters drilled on Goodwin and 554 meters on the Jake Lee Gold Project. To date, 1,014 samples have been collected from Goodwin. Hole GW26-35 was abandoned at 44m due to poor ground conditions. The company is currently testing an anomaly 200 meters north of GW26-33.
SLAM Exploration was awarded a $60,000 grant by the Province of New Brunswick for the 2026 diamond drilling campaign. The company stated it is "pleased with the results" and "pleased with the results from the VTEM survey."
Samples were delivered to ALS in Moncton, NB. Over-limit samples were re-analyzed using method OG46. Blanks and standards were included at specific intervals. Eighteen samples were collected from GW26-33. General QA/QC involved 992 core samples from 12 completed holes (GW26-26 through GW26-38, excluding GW26-35) submitted to ALS Chemex for ME-ICP41 analysis. Certified reference standards and blanks were inserted at regular intervals.
