Millennium Silver Receives BLM Acceptance of Exploration Notice and Posts Reclamation Bond at Silver Peak, Nevada
Millennium’s Nivloc project receives BLM approval, clearing the path for drilling despite the company’s tight capital runway.

The U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has accepted Millennium Silver Corp.’s 43 CFR 3809 Exploration Notice and Reclamation Bond for the Silver Peak project in Nevada. This approval authorizes Notice-level diamond drilling, allowing for up to five drill pads, three of which are pre-existing, along with a minimum of 10 holes and approximately 100 meters of temporary access trails. The validity of this work extends until August 12, 2028.
The objective of the drilling is to infill and extend known silver-gold mineralization along the approximately 900-meter Nivloc Structure to support an updated Mineral Resource Estimate. Complementary activities include a planned drone magnetic survey and ongoing water-infrastructure development. These efforts follow the May 2026 closure of a $2.88 million private placement and the August 2026 engagement of Robison Engineering for water capture systems.
Millennium Silver Corp. (MSC) has received acceptance from the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), a standard regulatory milestone required to begin field exploration. This approval confirms management’s stated plan to advance the 2026 resource-expansion drilling program, clearing an administrative hurdle while execution risk remains.
The company’s pre-revenue status and capital requirements are unchanged, and the approval does not de-risk the investment or guarantee a resource upgrade. The impact is incremental and aligns with prior guidance, with market reaction likely muted as the step was anticipated following the May financing.
Millennium Silver Corp. is a pre-revenue mineral exploration company focused on the Silver Peak project in Nevada, with its flagship asset being the Nivloc Structure.
According to the company’s 2019 NI 43-101 resource data, the deposit contains 2,653,000 tonnes grading 96.85 g/t silver and 0.67 g/t gold. This equates to contained metal of 8.26 million ounces of silver and 57,000 ounces of gold, or 12.8 million ounces of silver-equivalent at an 80:1 silver-to-gold ratio, based on a cutoff grade of 40 g/t Ag.
The company is currently in the exploration stage, relying on infill drilling to upgrade the Inferred Resource and potentially expand the mineralized footprint along the 2,500-meter mapped strike length.
