Zodiac Gold Trenching Intersects 52 Metres at 0.71 g/t Au, Including 19 Metres at 1.51 g/t Au, Confirming Second 1.8 km Mineralized Trend at Lewis Target, Todi Gold Project, Liberia
Lewis trenching confirms a second 1.8km gold trend at Monterra, advancing Zodiac’s exploration program.

Zodiac Gold Inc. has released trenching results from the Lewis North target at its Todi Gold Project in Liberia. The company identified a second 1.8-kilometre gold-in-soil anomaly parallel to the Lewis South trend, which expands the exploration footprint of the Monterra Trend.
Trench LWT001 returned 52m at 0.71 g/t Au, including 19m at 1.51 g/t Au and individual 1m samples up to 6.59 g/t Au. Trench LWT002 returned 28m at 0.48 g/t Au, including 2m at 2.64 g/t Au.
A third drill rig is mobilizing to test Lewis North and Feh Feh, while continuing operations at Lewis South. Results from trench LWT003 are pending.
The cutoff grade is 0.1 g/t Au with a 2m minimum length. No top cut was applied. True thickness cannot be accurately estimated at this stage.
Zodiac Gold Inc. released results consistent with its announced 14,000m drilling and 3,600m trenching program initiated in early 2026. The Lewis North findings mirror earlier trenching at Ben Ben and Arthington, validating the geological model without delivering a step-out discovery or high-grade intercept that would materially alter the project's valuation.
The announcement does not introduce new financial data, resource estimates, or strategic partnerships, serving as a standard operational update within a multi-year exploration cycle. Given the company's aggressive capital deployment and recent June 2026 financing, the news reinforces the execution of the exploration plan but does not de-risk the investment. The market likely priced in continued trenching and drilling progression.
Zodiac Gold Inc. is an exploration-stage gold company focused on the Todi Gold Project in Liberia. The company holds a 2,316 km² land package along the Todi Shear Zone, which includes the flagship 418 km² Todi property and two additional exploration licenses.
The Monterra Trend is a 16-kilometre gold-in-soil anomaly stretching from Arthington to Youth Camp. Key targets include Arthington, which is the flagship discovery with high-grade intercepts; Ben Ben, characterized by broad near-surface mineralization; and the Lewis, Feh Feh, and Youth Camp prospects.
The project is in the exploration phase with no mineral resources or reserves reported. A NI 43-101 technical report and mineral resource estimate are scheduled for Q4 2026.
Liberia is considered mining-friendly, featuring a 25% corporate tax, a 3% royalty, and 100% profit repatriation, though the jurisdiction carries political and regulatory risks.
