Stakeholder Confirms Broad Copper-Nickel-Cobalt-PGE Mineralization Through the Full 498-Metre BA2601 Discovery Hole as 3D Inversions Define a Major New Drill Target at Loki
Stakeholder reported 498 m of low-tenor copper, nickel, cobalt and platinum group elements without identifying an ore-grade core within the broad halo.

Stakeholder Gold Corp. (SRC) has released final assay results for hole BA2601 at the Loki Critical Mineral Zone within its Ballarat Project in the Yukon. The company states that the full 498-metre hole is now assayed, with management reporting mineralization from top to bottom.
Key newly reported upper-hole intervals include: * 3 m at 110–113 m grading 1,650 ppm Cu, 266 ppm Ni, 127 ppm Co, including 1 m at 111–112 m grading 2,390 ppm Cu, 412 ppm Ni, 158 ppm Co. * 13 m at 91–104 m grading 670 ppm Cu, 176 ppm Ni, 45 ppm Co. * 2 m at 133–135 m grading 1,020 ppm Cu.
New PGE intervals include: * 2 m at 98–100 m grading 316 ppb Pt+Pd. * 3 m at 141–144 m grading 191 ppb Pt+Pd, including 2 m at 252 ppb.
The release also highlights a 3D geophysical inversion defining a separate approximately 1.45 km² conductive target located about 1.4 km south of the discovery hole.
Stakeholder Gold Corp. (SRC) is a pre-resource grassroots explorer, meaning a single discovery hole can be material if it establishes a large or high-grade system. The stock has already re-rated from a 52-week low of $0.74 to $1.82, largely on the Loki discovery narrative and initial visual sulphide reports.
The market was already aware from the June 2 operational update that the hole contained disseminated, massive, and net-textured sulphides. This release quantifies those results and shows the grade is low-tenor. The new upper-hole assays do not improve on the best central interval in nickel or cobalt; they add longer but economically weak intervals.
The 3D-defined southern conductor is speculative and untested. Overall, the release confirms the broad system but fails to deliver the high-grade magmatic sulphide tenor the market may have expected.
Stakeholder Gold Corp. (TSXV: SRC) is a Canadian junior explorer that owns 100% of the Ballarat Gold-Copper Project in Yukon’s White Gold District, comprising 1,140 contiguous mineral claims covering 22,700 hectares. The project features two principal target areas, the Skye Gold Zone and the Loki Critical Mineral Zone, which are separated by approximately 8 km. The company also generates revenue from Brazilian exotic stone quarries through its wholly owned subsidiary, Mineração VMC Ltda.
Financially, Stakeholder Gold reported Q1 2026 revenue of $408,919 and a net loss of $522,643. The company holds $3,001,377 in cash and carries no external debt. There are 24,791,412 shares outstanding, with a fully diluted count of approximately 26.1 million shares including warrants. Approximately 4.3 million warrants are exercisable at prices ranging from $1.20 to $1.50.
