Stakeholder Gold Closes Flow-Through Financing
Stakeholder raised $700k at $2.06 to fund Yukon exploration as its stone business stabilizes cash flow.

Stakeholder Gold Corp. (SRC) has closed a non-brokered flow-through private placement, raising aggregate gross proceeds of $700,400. The financing was executed at $2.06 per unit, resulting in the issuance of 340,000 units. Each unit comprises one common share and one-half of a common share purchase warrant.
The warrants carry an exercise price of $2.40 per share and are exercisable for two years from the date of issuance. An early exercise provision is triggered if the 10-day average TSXV price exceeds $3.00. The proceeds from the financing are designated for Canadian exploration expenditures on the Ballarat property in the Yukon Territory. Qualifying expenditures will be renounced to subscribers effective December 31, 2026.
The securities are subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day from closing. The financing was secured by Wealth Creation Preservation & Dominion Inc.
Stakeholder Gold Corp. (SRC) has secured an incremental $700,000 financing, a modest sum relative to its reported cash balance of $3.0 million as of Q1 2026. The issue price of $2.06 represents a substantial premium over previous financings, which were priced at $0.80 in November 2025 and $1.10 or $1.19 in March 2026. This pricing indicates management's confidence in the current valuation and a desire to minimize dilution.
The small raise size suggests the capital is intended as a routine working capital or immediate exploration top-up rather than a transformative capital event. This news aligns with the company's established pattern of periodic financings to fund exploration while leveraging cash flow from its Brazilian stone business. The transaction is viewed as expected and incremental, with no material surprise.
Stakeholder Gold Corp. operates the 100%-owned Ballarat Gold-Copper Project in the White Gold District of the Yukon Territory. The project spans 1,140 contiguous claims covering 22,700 hectares and is strategically located adjacent to Talamore Mining’s Coffee Gold Mine, benefiting from the mine’s Northern Access Route under construction. Key exploration targets include the Skye Gold Zone, Loki Copper Zone, East Zone, and Northwest Zone. The company also generates cash flow through its Brazilian subsidiary, Mineração VMC Ltda., which operates quarries producing premium exotic quartzite known as "Taj Mahal."
