Boron One Holdings Inc. Project Update
Boron One completes Piskanja feasibility amendments, allowing Serbian permitting to resume for the project.

Boron One Holdings Inc. has successfully produced commercial-grade colemanite concentrate from test samples sourced from its Piskanja deposit. The test program utilized conventional, environmentally sustainable processing technologies and incorporated realistic mining dilution, including hanging wall and footwall waste, to simulate run-of-mine feed parameters.
These processing results, combined with related tailings and backfill studies, constitute the final remaining amendments to the Company's Serbian-compliant Feasibility Study requested by the Mining Ministry. The Company has requested a suspension of the Ministry's documentation review process to finalize these amendments. Upon completion, the updated Feasibility Study will be resubmitted to continue the formal review process toward Exploitation Field approval.
This update follows the August 12 announcement of a binding multi-year take-or-pay offtake agreement and a $1,000,000 private placement.
Boron One Holdings Inc. (BONE) has completed the final amendments to its feasibility study, a standard incremental step in the regulatory permitting pipeline that aligns with prior announcements regarding engineering work, technical studies, and regulatory submissions. The update confirms that the technical groundwork for the Piskanja project is advancing as planned, though it does not introduce new financial terms, production timelines, or strategic partnerships.
The company also requested a suspension of the Ministry's review process, a standard administrative measure intended to ensure the updated study is fully compliant before resubmission. This development maintains the project's trajectory toward Exploitation Field approval without altering the commercial thesis or valuation drivers.
Boron One Holdings Inc. is a mineral exploration and development company focused on critical boron resources in Serbia. Its flagship project is the Piskanja colemanite deposit, which aims to produce commercial-grade colemanite concentrate using conventional and environmentally sustainable processing technologies.
The company is also conducting adjacent exploration in the Jarandol Basin, covering 21.03 km². Recent activities in the area include surface geological mapping, soil sampling, and trenching to establish targets for future drilling. Historical drilling in the basin has shown high-grade borate intersections, such as 1.88m at 41.33% B2O3.
A key regulatory focus for the company is securing Exploitation Field approval from the Serbian Ministry of Mining to transition from exploration to commercial production.
