Largo TSX Delisting Review Resolved

Largo Inc. has been notified by the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) that the Continued Listing Committee has lifted its remedial delisting review, allowing the company's common shares to continue trading under the symbol "LGO". The company attributes this positive regulatory milestone to an improved near-term outlook following a binding term sheet for the restructuring of its commercial bank debt, announced on August 20, 2026. This release resolves a previous disclosure from October 2025 regarding the delisting review process.
Alberto Arias, Executive Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer, stated, "The TSX's decision represents another important milestone for Largo and reflects the improved near-term outlook after the recently announced binding term sheet for the restructuring of our commercial bank debt (on our Press Release of August 20, 2026)."
Largo is identified as the world's largest primary vanadium producer, operating the Maracás Menchen Mine in Brazil. It also holds a 37.4% ownership in Storion Energy (joint venture with Stryten Energy) and 100% interests in the Northern Dancer Tungsten-Molybdenum property (Yukon) and the Currais Novos Tungsten Tailing Project (Brazil).
