Arizona Eagle Mining Corp. Announces Discovery of Zinc-Silver VMS Mineralization Northeast of McCabe Mine in Drill Intersections

Arizona Eagle reports narrow high-grade zinc-silver VMS intersections and an unproven gold extension at its McCabe project.

Executive Summary

Arizona Eagle Mining Corp. (AZEM) has released the final five holes of its seven-hole Phase 1 program at the Eagle Project, covering intervals Eagle-26-03 through Eagle-26-07. The company states that the mineralized strike has been extended approximately 50 metres beyond the historical McCabe estimate. Additionally, Holes 5 and 6 identified zinc-silver VMS-type mineralization at a vertical depth of about 150 metres.

Key intercepts reported in the release include Eagle-26-05, which returned 11.8m at 0.17 g/t Au, 9.17 g/t Ag, 1.7% Zn, and 0.25% Pb, including a higher-grade interval of 2.2m at 0.66 g/t Au, 36.30 g/t Ag, 6.9% Zn, and 0.97% Pb. Eagle-26-06 intersected 0.9m at 0.79 g/t Au, 8.15 g/t Ag, and 17.1% Zn, including 0.6m at 1.17 g/t Au, 12.05 g/t Ag, and 25.5% Zn. Eagle-26-03 returned 1.6m at 0.95 g/t Au, 4.90 g/t Ag, 0.7% Zn, 0.05% Pb, and 237 ppm Cu. Eagle-26-04 returned 3.9m at 0.52 g/t Au, 4.34 g/t Ag, 0.6% Zn, 0.08% Pb, and 162 ppm Cu.

Eagle-26-07 did not intersect the target horizon, so no assay interval is tabulated, although the release describes gold-typical mineralization within an oxidized shear and sericite-altered tonalite. Looking ahead, the company plans to conduct a SkyTem airborne survey, is awaiting sampling results from the acquired Silver Parcels, and is currently defining targets for Phase 2.

Material Impact

Arizona Eagle Mining Corp. (AZEM) released new drill results that do not materially alter its resource thesis. The company’s prior anchor result, Eagle-26-02, returned 4.2m at 5.73 g/t Au, approximately 24.1 g.m Au, and was released in May 2026. The new holes do not reproduce that high-grade gold width. The best new gold intercepts are 0.95 g/t Au over 1.6m and 0.52 g/t Au over 3.9m, meaning the claimed northeast gold extension is not yet confirmed by grade.

New VMS zinc-silver intercepts are interesting but narrow, with true width unknown and insufficient drill density to project tonnage. These results represent encouraging exploration data rather than material deposit delineation. The stock has round-tripped from C$1.80 to C$0.87 and is not clearly pricing a large extension.

Company Overview

Arizona Eagle Mining Corp. (TSXV: AZEM) is a junior exploration company focused on the Eagle Project in Yavapai County, Arizona. The project encompasses approximately 4,169 acres centered on the past-producing McCabe Mine, which holds a historical non-NI 43-101 estimate of about 880,000 ounces of gold at 11.7 g/t and 5 million ounces of silver at 69 g/t. The company recently acquired the Silver Parcels, comprising the Arizona National, Lookout, and Silver Belt mines, located about one kilometre northeast of McCabe. Additionally, Arizona Eagle retains Core Nickel land holdings in the Thompson Nickel Belt of northern Manitoba.

In prior-period financial context not included in this release, the company reported Q1-2026 results showing no revenue, a net loss of about C$9.92 million, cash of about C$2.18 million, and working capital of about C$1.56 million. A placement in June 2026 subsequently raised gross proceeds of about C$8.59 million.
