Arizona Eagle Mining Corp. Completes Acquisition of Three Past-Producing High-Grade Silver Mines to Consolidate Eagle Silver Project
Arizona Eagle consolidates high-grade silver assets, extending the structural corridor by 50% to bolster its resource potential.

Arizona Eagle Mining Corp. has completed the acquisition of 62 acres of patented land hosting three past-producing high-grade silver mines: the Arizona National Mine, the Lookout Mine, and the Silver Belt Mine. The transaction increases the company’s patented land ownership by 18%, expanding holdings from 348 to 410 acres, and extends the structural corridor of mineralization by 50%, from 3km to 4.5km. The deal includes an operating water well with extraction rights and consolidates the Eagle Silver Project for modern exploration.
Surface sampling on the Arizona National Mine waste pile returned high-grade results, including up to 861 g/t Ag and 15.6 g/t Au. Phase 1 drilling at the McCabe deposit is ongoing, with Phase 2 sampling on the newly acquired parcels pending. A SkyTem geophysical survey is planned to test structural continuity.
Arizona Eagle Mining Corp. (AZEM) announced the completion of its acquisition in April 2026, marking a routine follow-up to a previously disclosed transaction. The expansion of the land package and structural corridor aligns with management's stated strategy to consolidate the Eagle Silver Project.
High-grade sampling results validate the historical potential of the assets, though they do not represent new drill results or a change in the project's economic viability. The news is in line with previous expectations and does not introduce unexpected market-moving information.
Arizona Eagle Mining Corp. operates the Eagle Project in Yavapai County, Arizona, centered on the historic McCabe gold-silver deposit. The project holds a 100% interest with approximately 4,231 acres of land, including roughly 4,000 acres of Bureau of Land Management claims and 240 acres of patented land. The company holds a 2% net smelter return royalty, with an option to buy back 1% for $1 million.
The historic McCabe resource estimate from 1984, which is not NI 43-101 compliant, suggests approximately 878,000 ounces of gold at 11.7 grams per tonne and 5 million ounces of silver at 69 grams per tonne. Arizona Eagle Mining Corp. completed a reverse takeover from Core Nickel Corp. in March 2026, listing on the TSX Venture Exchange under the ticker AZEM.
