Aircraft Incident Near Prince George, British Columbia

On August 21, 2026, Finlay Minerals Ltd. confirmed that three company-associated personnel were aboard a Sekani Air Ltd. aircraft that made an emergency landing on a public road in Prince George, British Columbia, on August 20, 2026. The personnel were traveling south on a scheduled break from work related to the PIL Property exploration programs.

Tragically, one individual in a vehicle struck by the aircraft has passed away. All Finlay personnel and other passengers on the aircraft are safe and uninjured.
