Vox Royalty Enters into Binding Agreement to Acquire Australian Copper and Gold Royalty Portfolio
Vox acquires Australian copper and gold royalties for A$3.4 million.

Vox Royalty Corp. has entered a binding agreement to acquire two Australian royalty interests from Latitude 66 Limited for up to A$3.4 million in cash. The Kalman Royalty, a 2.0% interest on production from Queensland tenement EPM13870 operated by Hammer Metals, is located approximately 60km from Austral Resources' Rocklands processing facility. This proximity positions the asset as a potential long-term ore feed source once Austral restarts its 3.0Mtpa plant in mid-2027.
The second asset, the Sylvania Royalty, carries a 1.0% NSR on precious minerals and a 1.5% NSR on other minerals over approximately 1,700km² in Western Australia. This interest is subject to a right of first refusal held by Greenmount Resources. Completion of the transaction is expected within five business days of satisfying customary conditions. The deal is small relative to Vox Royalty Corp.'s existing portfolio and balance sheet, aligning with management's stated strategy of acquiring near-term producing or development-stage assets in Tier 1 jurisdictions.
Vox Royalty Corp. (VOXR) completed an A$3.4 million acquisition, a figure representing a negligible fraction of the company’s approximately $519 million market capitalization and $163 million in total assets. The transaction does not alter near-term cash flow projections, guidance, or balance sheet strength. Since the prior earnings release on August 12, the stock has risen approximately 3.3%, a reaction that reflects the routine nature of the deal as a tactical portfolio expansion rather than a transformative event.
Vox Royalty Corp. (VOXR) operates as a royalty and streaming company, acquiring diversified interests in precious and base metals globally. The firm’s portfolio comprises more than 70 assets across eight jurisdictions, spanning producing mines, development-stage projects, and advanced exploration initiatives.
Key producing assets include Bonikro in Côte d'Ivoire, which features a 50% uncapped stream; Greenstone in Ontario, holding a 29% interest plus a capped stream; Blyvoor in South Africa, with a 100% capped stream; Kanmantoo in Australia, carrying a 2.5% NSR; and Janet Ivy in Australia, valued at $0.50 per tonne.
The company also holds significant development and exploration interests, including Red Hill in Australia, which feeds Northern Star's Fimiston mill; Los Filos in Mexico, undergoing heap leach restart; Stockman in Australia, currently at the feasibility stage; and Bowdens in Australia, a silver-lead-zinc project. The commodity mix is primarily gold, with meaningful exposure to copper, iron ore, and base metals.
