Vox Royalty Enters into Binding Agreement to Acquire the White Dam Gold Royalty in Australia
Vox holds a cash-rich portfolio with low-cost royalties that provide significant exploration optionality across its asset base.

Vox Royalty Corp. has entered a binding agreement to acquire a 2.0% net smelter return (NSR) royalty over the White Dam gold mine in South Australia for A$5,000,000 in cash. The asset is operated by Broken Hill Gold Limited, which resumed production in April 2026 and targets 15,000–20,000 ounces of annual production.
The royalty covers approximately 400km² of prospective tenure, including recent high-grade gold and copper sulphide discoveries at White Dam North. Terms are uncapped, with no buy-back or step-down rights, and apply to both gold and copper production for the full life of the tenements. The acquisition aligns with Vox's stated strategy of acquiring near-term producing legacy royalties in Tier 1 jurisdictions while securing exploration optionality at low upfront cost.
Vox Royalty Corp. (VOXR) has completed an acquisition with a consideration of A$5 million (approximately $3.6 million USD), representing roughly 0.7% of the company’s market capitalization. The transaction was fully funded using existing cash reserves.
The deal serves as a strategic portfolio expansion consistent with prior announcements and market expectations. It does not alter the company’s financial guidance, dividend policy, or capital structure.
Market reaction, as indicated by the price chart, reflects a steady appreciation trend characterized by consolidation phases.
