First Canadian Graphite Advances Potential For Large-Scale, High-Grade North American Graphite System at Lac Gueret South

First Canadian Graphite Inc. (FCI) announced an exploration update for its Lac Guéret South Project, highlighting the Zone 13 discovery. Forty-six grab samples from the zone returned assays up to 43.4% graphitic carbon (Cg).

To determine the full extent of the conductive system, the company is expanding its airborne electromagnetic (EM) survey. Preliminary metallurgical testing has begun at Corem on samples from Zone 13, alongside preparations for first-pass diamond drilling and trenching scheduled for fall 2026. Groupe Nipi is restoring road access to support prospecting, trenching, and drilling activities. An Authorization for Impact-Causing Exploration Work (ATI) will be submitted shortly.

Historical NI 43-101 resources at Zone 1 stand at 1.76M tonnes indicated at 17% Cg and 1.53M tonnes inferred at 16.4% Cg. To date, the company has invested over $10 million and holds a land package exceeding 200 km².
