Royal Road Minerals Expands Near Surface Zinc-Silver Polymetallic Discovery at Hanash North; Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Royal Road Minerals Limited has announced new reverse circulation (RC) drill results from the Hanash North prospect within its Jabal Sahabiyah project in Saudi Arabia, highlighting significant shallow, zinc-silver-rich polymetallic sulphide mineralization. The company identified a skarn system extending over 350 meters of strike length, with mineralization remaining open along strike and down plunge. Notable intercepts include 18 meters at 1.06% zinc and 36.0 g/t silver in hole HNRC013, and 9 meters at 4.36% zinc and 67.8 g/t silver in hole HNRC005.
Mineralization is hosted in calc-silicate skarn horizons at shallow depths (above 65 meters downhole), with intercepts calculated using a Recovered Gross Metal Value (RGMV) cutoff of US$40 per tonne. Exploration is conducted through Royal Road Arabia Limited (RRA), a 50:50 joint venture with MIDU Company Limited.
The company reported several significant intercepts from the current campaign. In hole HNRC009, the company intersected 9 meters at 4.01% zinc, 34.3g/t silver, 0.4g/t gold, and 0.3% copper (8.8% Zinc Eq) from 46 meters. Hole HNRC010 returned 12 meters at 3.13% zinc, 43.4g/t silver, 0.2g/t gold, and 0.2% copper (7.1% Zinc Eq) from 23 meters. Hole HNRC012 yielded 7 meters at 2.55% zinc, 29.5g/t silver, 0.1g/t gold, and 0.2% copper (5.5% Zinc Eq) from 24 meters. Hole HNRC013 returned 18 meters at 1.06% zinc, 36.0g/t silver, 0.6g/t gold, and 0.3% copper (6.4% Zinc Eq) from 37 meters. Additionally, hole HNRC015 intersected 9 meters at 3.92% zinc, 15.6g/t silver, and 0.3% copper (5.9% Zinc Eq) from 33 meters.
Previous campaigns also delivered strong results. Hole HNRC003 returned 12 meters at 2.85% zinc, 10.0g/t silver, and 0.13% copper (3.91% Zinc Eq) from 20 meters. Hole HNRC005 returned 9 meters at 4.36% zinc, 67.8g/t silver, 0.6g/t gold, and 0.2% copper (11.2% Zinc Eq) from 61 meters.
Additional significant intercepts reported in Table 1 include:

- HNRC014: 2m at 8.3% zinc, 0.12% copper, and 0.99 g/t silver (1.94% zinc eq, 57.75 RGMV); 5m at 0.2% lead, 33.9% zinc, 0.41% copper, 1.11 g/t silver, and 5.23% zinc eq (155.64 RGMV).
- HNRC016: 10m at 0.5% lead, 25.2% zinc, 0.11% copper, and 0.64 g/t silver (4.26% zinc eq, 127.90 RGMV); 4m at 0.6% lead, 46.2% zinc, 0.35% copper, 0.20% lead, 1.72% zinc eq, and 8.06% zinc eq (239.77 RGMV).

- HNRC018: 6m at 19.2% zinc, 0.34% copper, and 4.84 g/t silver (7.29% zinc eq, 220.82 RGMV).
The RGMV cutoff allows for a maximum of 5 meters of consecutive internal dilution below the threshold. Metal prices used for the RGMV calculation were gold at $4,000/oz, silver at $55/oz, copper at $6.25/lb, lead at $0.80/lb, and zinc at $1.50/lb. A recovery assumption of 90% was applied for all metals. The company noted that the reported widths are not true widths, as it does not have sufficient information to determine true widths.
Assays were performed by ALS Jeddah. Gold was analyzed using fire assay with an ICP-AES finish (method Gold-ICP22), while multi-elements were analyzed via four acid digest ICP-MS (method ME-MS61QAQC). Sampling involved 1-meter downhole intervals, split via a 75-25% drill-rig mounted splitter. On-site analysis was conducted using a Vanta pXRF tool on 75% of samples. Quality assurance and quality control measures included CRMs, blanks, and duplicates inserted at a ratio of 1:14.
Dr Tim Coughlin, President and CEO, commented on the results: "We are extremely pleased with the way Hanash North has developed... From a single historic drill hole reporting just 0.9 meters at 3.3% zinc, our team has systematically advanced Hanash North into a new, shallow polymetallic skarn discovery extending for more than 350 meters and remaining open along strike and down plunge. The widths, grades and near-surface nature of the mineralization are particularly encouraging."
