New Copper-Gold Porphyry System Discovered Confirmation of Gold-Silver Epithermal Trend Perfectstorm Zone - Treaty Creek Property
Teuton’s Perfectstorm porphyry discovery returned 10.5m at 4.59 g/t Au, though bulk copper grades remain sub-economic.

Teuton Resources Corp. announced that joint venture partner Tudor Gold has completed drilling four holes at the Perfectstorm Zone of the Treaty Creek property in British Columbia. The program identified a new copper-gold porphyry system, designated the PSP Zone, and confirmed the continuity of a gold-silver epithermal trend known as the PSE Zone.
Intercepts from the new PSP Zone include: - PS-26-15: 10.5m @ 4.59 g/t Au / 0.67 g/t Ag; 82.9m @ 0.24 g/t Au / 2.11 g/t Ag / 0.21% Cu / 50.76 ppm Mo; 83.1m @ 0.78 g/t Au / 0.29 g/t Ag; 9.0m @ 1.89 g/t Au / 3.0 g/t Ag. - PS-26-16: 6.0m @ 1.23 g/t Au / 2.16 g/t Ag; two 10.5m intervals at 0.28% Cu and 0.87 g/t Au with elevated Mo. - PS-26-18: 67.35m @ 0.34 g/t Au / 1.89 g/t Ag / 0.27% Cu / 53.72 ppm Mo (including 16.35m @ 0.46 g/t Au / 3.09 g/t Ag / 0.37% Cu).
Results from the PSE Zone include: - PS-26-17: 74.15m @ 0.78 g/t Au / 2.90 g/t Ag (including 9.1m @ 2.16 g/t Au).
Teuton holds a 20% carried interest in the project, along with net smelter royalties of 0.98% in the northern portion and 0.49% in the southern portion, with an option to increase the southern royalty to 1.49% for $1 million.
Teuton Resources Corp. (TUO) is a junior explorer holding a 20% carried interest in Treaty Creek with no revenues. The company’s equity story relies on the existing 24.9 moz Au indicated Goldstorm Deposit and potential satellite discoveries. A new porphyry find was identified as a step-out 1 km away, though the grades discovered so far are sub-economic for a standalone porphyry mine. While the high-grade vein is promising, it is too early to re-rate the asset.
The share price had declined approximately 42% from its January 2026 high of $2.66 to $1.54 prior to the release, reflecting disappointment in earlier drill results and a tough junior mining environment. The intercepts do not change the primary value driver, the Goldstorm MRE.
Teuton Resources Corp. (TUO) operates as a prospect generator holding a portfolio of more than 30 properties in the Golden Triangle. Its flagship asset is a 20% carried interest in the Treaty Creek Project, which is operated and funded by Tudor Gold. The project hosts the Goldstorm Deposit, which contains an indicated resource of 24.9 million ounces of gold, 148.7 million ounces of silver, and 3.048 billion pounds of copper, based on a 2026 mineral resource estimate. Teuton also holds net smelter returns (NSRs) of 0.98% on the Goldstorm and northern Perfectstorm deposits, and a 0.49% NSR on the southern Perfectstorm, with an option to increase that interest to 1.49%.
Other assets include the Ram property, where drilling has confirmed porphyry-style copper-gold-molybdenum mineralization, alongside various joint venture and option properties. As of March 31, 2026, the company reported a book value of approximately CAD 9.9 million and cash of approximately CAD 1.36 million. It also held marketable securities, primarily Tudor Gold shares, valued at approximately $5.46 million.
