Treaty Creek's Perfectstorm Zone Copper-Gold Porphyry System is Expanded with Potential for Broader Gold-dominant Epithermal System
Teuton’s 20% carried stake in Treaty Creek’s Perfectstorm project mitigates the impact of the growing deposit.

Teuton Resources Corp. (TUO) is re-reporting, in substance, a news release from Tudor Gold dated September 17, 2026. Teuton holds a 20% carried interest and royalties in the Treaty Creek Project, where Tudor is the 80% owner and operator and funds all costs to a production decision.

Teuton Resources Corp. (TUO) is reporting partner-generated drill results from the Perfectstorm project, which are being re-reported by royalty and carried-interest holder Tudor Gold. The company’s prior-period financial context includes a Q1-2026 net income of C$561,375, driven by a C$684,511 unrealised gain on marketable securities, and a FY-2025 net loss of C$1,769,797. Teuton holds C$1,365,423 in cash and C$6,743,279 in working capital, which includes C$5,459,078 of marketable securities, comprising 3,730,637 Tudor Gold shares valued at C$3,767,943. Total equity stands at C$9,899,995, with a book value of C$0.17 per share against a share price of C$1.65.
Teuton holds a 20% interest in any Perfectstorm value carried to production, along with a 0.98% NSR in the northern Perfectstorm (and Goldstorm) and a 0.49% NSR in the southern Perfectstorm, with an option to increase the latter to 1.49% for C$1M. Approximately four-fifths of the Perfectstorm value belongs to Tudor. The company’s equity value is primarily driven by the Goldstorm deposit, which contains 24.9 moz Au Indicated (912.3 Mt @ 0.85 g/t Au, 5.07 g/t Ag, 0.15% Cu) plus 4.0 moz Au Inferred. Teuton’s 20% share represents approximately 4.98 moz Au attributable, valued at about C$20/oz against a C$98.8M market capitalisation. Key catalysts for the stock include the Goldstorm Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA), targeted for Q3 2026, and the Seabridge Mitchell Treaty Twin Tunnels permitting and legal dispute.
The August 7, 2026 discovery anchor featured the following best intervals: * PS-26-15: 83.10 m @ 0.78 g/t Au * PS-26-15: 82.90 m @ 0.24 g/t Au / 0.21% Cu * PS-26-15: 10.50 m @ 4.59 g/t Au * PSE: 74.15 m @ 0.78 g/t Au
The new results show a modestly positive delta, with the following intercepts: * 101.00 m @ 0.98 g/t Au (+9.39 g/t Ag) * 66.70 m @ 1.12 g/t Au (+7.04 g/t Ag)
These intervals represent better grade over comparable or longer distances, across more holes and at a new depth level. The stock traded at C$1.54 on August 6, C$1.65 on August 7, and C$1.74 on August 24, and currently sits at C$1.64-1.65, having fallen from C$2.66 in January, a move driven by a Mineral Resource Estimate rather than Perfectstorm results. The current results are not embedded in the previous valuation.
The results are considered incremental rather than thesis-changing. The grades fall into the good band, with no true width, cutoff, or capping applied. The PSP expansion relies on two collars, and the porphyry halo itself is sub-economic at 0.17-0.29% Cu. Teuton’s economic share is limited to 20% carried interest, and the release constitutes third-party re-reporting. No resource can be built from these results without further drilling.
Teuton Resources Corp. (TUO) operates as a prospect generator and royalty holder within the Golden Triangle. The company originally staked the Treaty Creek project and currently holds a 20% carried interest, with Tudor serving as the operator and funding 100% of costs to a production decision. Teuton also holds a 0.98% NSR in the Goldstorm deposit area and northern Perfectstorm, and a 0.49% NSR in southern Perfectstorm, with an option to increase that stake to 1.49% for C$1M. Additional royalties are held on King Tut and Tuck (now Newmont), High North, Orion, Delta, and Fairweather (now Goldstorm Metals).
The company’s Ram Property underwent a maiden drilling programme in 2025 totaling 1,978 m across seven holes. The results confirmed a broad porphyry-style Cu-Au-Mo system at the Eastern Magnetic Anomaly and vein-type gold at the Western Anomaly. Key intercepts included:
- 152 m @ 292 ppm Cu
- 91 m @ 303 ppm Cu
- 1 m @ 3.64 g/t Au
Teuton holds a 45% interest in Del Norte and interests in more than twenty Golden Triangle properties. Several of these, including Ram, Clone, Fiji, Tonga, Gold Mtn, Konkin Silver, and Silver Baron, are held 50/50 with Silver Grail, while Teuton holds 75% of Midas. A spin-out of six properties to Luxor Metals closed on May 16, 2025. Two further spin-outs, covering Stewart-area properties and the NSR/royalty portfolio, are proposed and pending court sanction and a two-thirds shareholder vote.
Prior-period financial data not disclosed in today’s release shows Q1-2026 net income of C$561,375, compared to a C$907,498 loss in Q1-2025.
